This is an outstanding dental practice. The facilities are clean, modern, exceptionally well equipped. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and courteous. The doctors are all professional and caring, providing exceptional care. I have been seeing Dr Karen Otto for many years, and she is a true professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Our family has been going to White Family Dental for over 30 years. Everyone on the staff is great. Dr. White's work and advice is excellent. My hygienist, Krissy, is always friendly, considerate and very professional. You can trust anyone in this practice to give you the best care available.

Had a great teeth cleaning today with ANG. The entire staff at White Dental is friendly, efficient and professional. Don't mind going to the dentist when the experience is this nice.

I've been with Dr White over 20 years. His office did my daughters dental care from age 3 till she left for college. Appointments run on time. They bill my insurance first then send an invoice later. Couldn't be happier. I refer friends all the time.

I've been going to White Family Dental for the last 25+ years. Growing up, I always had a fear of the dentist, so much that when I went away to college and was on my own, I decided to stop going to a dentist. That wasn't a wise decision. Finally after my many years dental sabbatical, a friend suggested going to see Dr. White. They handled me perfectly. I know longer have fears about seeing the dentist, and I now actually look forward to seeing Dr. White and his staff. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to anyone. Friendly staff and professional.

I am writing this as my husband is on his way for emergency treatment for an extremely painful broken tooth on a Saturday.(He doesn't have a dentist in the area) We must have called at least 30-35 Dentists that accepted our insurance...everyone was either closed or refused to see him until Monday. My husband is a "tough guy" but there is no way he could wait until Monday because the nerve was so enflamed and the pain was so severe that it was reaching up to his eye. Not only were they willing to take him for the emergency care without being an existing patient but by the time we reached them it was 1:58 pm and they closed at 2:00 pm... They stayed open for him even though he had a 20-30 minute drive to reach them. This is the customer service and compassion that has been disappearing from our society. I am incredibly grateful that they had the compassion to care for my husband and to give up more of their Saturday when so many other Dentists were not willing to do so. From the receptionist taking calls to the ladies at the front desk on your way out and it's by far the most friendly place I've ever been. You are greeted with a smile and the hygienists are attentive and welcoming from the second they introduce themselves. Dr. White has been our family's dentist for nearly 20 years: regular cleanings, fillings and other work for 3 kids and 2 adults, including emergencies after hours. White Family Dental has given me excellent service. I had implants done for my front teeth. The new teeth look like my own teeth because the color match and shape of the implanted teeth were done so well. White Family Dental is nothing short of exceptional. Every member of the staff is so nice and the practice is state of the art and always immaculately clean. I have always had dental anxiety due to a different dentist I had when I was little. As a 19 year old I would ask my mother to come with me to my appointments because I was scared. But after a few experiences at White Family Dental I quickly realized there was nothing to be afraid of. I see such a difference in the dental work that is done here. One thing I am terrified of is needles, but at this practice every novacaine injection I have ever gotten was administered very gently and the staff makes sure you are okay through every step of any procedure. I had a rare condition with my front teeth called internal resorption. It was diagnosed quickly and a plan of care was laid out. Ultimately, I had no choice but to get my two front teeth pulled. Dr. White was honest with us and together we decided dental implants was the way to go. It was a process, but even my temporary teeth looked completely normal and they made sure I was happy with them every step of the way. The process for appointments and payment is really fast and detailed. I receive follow up calls verifying appointments. Reminders always help. Dr. White is a very compassionate and caring professional who is committed to a first class experience. I always had 100% trust in his opinions, and, 100% of the time, he was completely correct. Have you ever gone to a dental practice that feels more like a VIP Spa experience rather than a routine trip to the dentist? I hadn't until I went to White Family Dental. What a fantastic, well run practice! I have gone to many different dentists throughout NJ, FL and a handful since moving to Elizabethtown 9 years ago. I have never had such an amazing experience from start to finish as I recently did with Dr. White and his entire staff... people that REALLY love their jobs. My dental cleaning with Analissa was top-notch and the tools and technology used are state-of-the-art. When Dr. White discovered I had decay on 2 teeth that were already primarily filled, I was expecting him to tell me what other dentists had in the past, which I did not like because I couldn't afford it. I was secretly expecting him to say I needed 2 crowns because it wasn't "worth it" to fill those teeth anymore. Instead, Dr. White said he would fill them and that I did not need 2 crowns at this time. I appreciated his honesty and was comforted by his conservative approach. I returned a few weeks later to have the work done and as mentioned before, I felt like I was in a Spa. Dr. White and his staff will continually make sure you are comfortable during the entire procedure. If you so much as twitch your eye or an entire minute goes by, you will be asked if you're still okay or feel any pain. Alyssa and Holly were both so accommodating and were there to fill every special request. A staff member is specialized in just filling teeth and it was so nice to have an expert take care of this specific part of the process. Laura made sure that my bite was perfect, even though it took a good 10+ times to adjust my teeth fitting into one another accordingly. A super bonus for your visit is being shown a before and after of each tooth worked on, so you are able to see how your mouth has improved and what you're paying for. What a nice touch to be shown exactly what went on in there. The color matching was superb and I honestly couldn't even tell that anything was filled... they looked like new teeth! After everything was finished, I was informed what I could expect once the numbing wore off and how to care for the area. I left the office and about 2 hours later, I received a personal phone call from Dr. White checking in on me with concern, since I had a considerable amount of work done. He also left his personal cell phone number in case my comfort level were to change: a personal touch that made me feel like a Very Important Person. Days later when the numbing went down and I felt I needed some slight adjustments to the shape of my teeth, Dr. White and his staff were once again more than willing to take care of me. I cannot say enough about White Family Dental and how wonderfully they take care of you. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Furthermore, don't be surprised if you suddenly look forward to going to the dentist! My wife and I have been seeing Dr. White for 20 years. We get the best dental care we've ever had. His assistants are all very professional and do excellent work. Scheduling is on target - you never have a long wait - and you are out on time.

There is no better place to go when you need to see a dentist. I have been going to see Dr. White for many years and he has never let me down. Not only are all of the staff friendly, they truly care about your needs. It is nice to know that I do not need to hesitate to call Dr. White and his team, because they are always available for me. We love Elizabethtown Dental! Dr. White diagnosed an early tongue-thrust problem in our daughter at age five and recommended orthodontic work. This path cost us very little, and not only took years of braces down to one, but also helped to stop speech issues that were quickly developing. Our now 12-year-old daughter has beautifully straight teeth and perfect speech thanks to the early intervention suggested by Dr. White! We love Elizabethtown Dental!
