I expect, when I leave a Doctor’s office, to be treated kindly and with respect. Any questions which I had should be answered before I leave the office! Also, the Dr should have a gentle approach and realize a patience is anxious, nervous, and scared! They give you the runaround on the phone asking for more info. Called 3 different times and it was always an employee that sounded like they didn't like their job, and cut you off short. If you are looking for a doctor save yourself from giving these people the chance, Google doesn't have an option to reply to the manager. You do a better job at responding to people on Google, maybe you should be at the front desk. Btw y'all fave lunch 12 to 1. Dr.Verner cares, his nurses Gina Tracy and front desk Vinita . Really they listen help you .I can't explain how I fell like what is happening to me ,well they make u fell like someone really cares when your all alone. Thank you
