Although this started as a pleasant engagement and I gave him multiple shots, it's become a most dreadful experience. Strike 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7... 1.) Incorrectly communicated schedule (via their 3rd party text vendor). I showed up on time and his receptionist told me that I was late. This happened twice. 2.) Lack of returned Emails, lies told (never sent), as my Email service collects all notes, even spam. 3.) Voice mail system that explains that they're closed, when they are actually open. 4.) Lack of due diligence in terms of referring me to a 3rd party endodontist specialist (I waited two and a half weeks for a root canal, with pain in my back molar). 5.) The worst of this, Robison put on a cap that lacerated my tongue badly (calling a lawyer on this). The endodontist person sanded it down and explained how badly it was constructed. I was unable to eat anything entirely solid or drink anything acidic, lost 5 pounds in a week, forced into a liquid diet. 6.) When applying a temporary crown, Robison knocked off the cap on the tooth in front of the crown, because he put the crown on backwards. He left it off, the gum area is now exposed. Since the capped tooth is to be extracted, he didnât put a new cap on it. I'm to see a referred, 3rd party extraction dentist, but not for nearly one and a half months, so the gum and broken tooth is exposed for that long of a period. Again, lack of understanding (length of timeline) on where they're referring patients. They told me, "well, you can go find another place on your own." 7.) The temporary crown fell off yesterday, as well. So NOW, there are two exposed tooth areas (unable to eat properly). The previously capped tooth and the previously crowned tooth behind it. UNBELIEVABLE... I'll never go to this charlatan of a dentist again and neither should you. I switched dentists, to his competitor across Route 19. They couldn't believe my situation. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
