Dr. McDevitt is an awesome doctor. I have had several surgeries by Dr. McDevitt and he discussed procedure and recovery for each. By doing what he advised I recovered quickly. In one instance he discovered a fracture the ER doctor missed. Very caring and takes the time to explain everything in detail and keeps you and your family apprised of any problems. Dr. McDevitt is the best.

Knew immediately what the issue was, explained it very clearly and made me feel at ease that my issue was common and could be improved with exercise, therapy and nutritional supplements. Did not rush took his time. Enjoyed his patient approach and made me feel comfortable. Hope he doesn’t retire too soon.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. McDevitt’s for years and have truly appreciated the level of care he has given me through various injuries! He is easy to talk to and genuinely cares about my wellbeing as a patient. Several times he has found fractures in my X-rays that were missed by my local ER...and each one of those injuries healed perfectly. His level of knowledge and expertise is impressive, but he doesn’t have a huge ego. It’s a rare experience to find a doctor who has the best intentions, the knowledge to back it up and a great ability to relate to his patients as human beings. Also, he never fails to tell the best stories that will make you laugh! I highly recommend him as a doctor and am so grateful to have had him as mine!

Dr McDevitt recently assisted my primary surgeon to put my fractured heel bone back together. The surgery was delayed 5 hrs due to an equipment sterility issue. Dr McDevitt spent nearly two hours of the delay chatting with my wife and I - a mix of interesting stories and some recovery advice. We will remember the time he willingly spent with us that day forever. Additionally the complex surgery was successful thanks to these two gifted surgeons.

Fantastic. Dr. McDevitt has fixed me up a few times over the years... while I was in the Navy and as a civilian. Knows his stuff and takes the time to talk with you. Top Doc for sure. I'm glad that he's still seeing patients.

Performed surgery on my shoulder years ago. He is one of my favorite doctors. I thought I had a knee issue. He took one look and said, "Gout." which I had had problems with for years. He recommended tart cherry juice and I haven't had a problem since!

He knew what was wrong immediately and explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. It was necessary to have surgery and he and his staff took the time to communicate things and really made me feel at ease about everything.
