Mr. Edward D Manzella

My family and I have been with Dr Ed for 17 years I never had a better Dr. He really cares and is very personable. He digs down into your history to make sure everything is good and their are no flags with your health. I recommend Dr.Ed to everyone I know who needs a PCP he's the best of the best. He takes the time to talk to you about other events in your life he doesn't rush you out the door. He has the greatest bedside manner and has helped me tremendously with my physical problems and guides me in the right direction for surgeries or other procedures that I need. He explains everything in full detail and gives you a sense of calmness before you go forward with procedures. He also tries to help you find the right Drs with your insurance so you don't have out of pocket costs or minimum out of pocket costs. As long as Dr Ed is in practice I will be his patient no one can take his place.

Dr. Manzella is the BEST! I've been going there over 20 yrs. I can say he has saved my life by diagnosing exactly what was wrong. He is caring, and explains everything in depth. He is the most knowledgeable and intelligent physician.

After reading these reviews I will not be going to this place if i had to deal with staff like that, I'd wind up in jail! Such a sad shame for the Dr. that he don't replace them, his buisness would thrive im sure!!

I really like it there. Dr. Manzella is smart and honest, two qualities you want in a doctor. He reads a lot of medical research and has a deep understanding of medicine.

Taking care of my loved one Is very Important to me. Dr, Ed Manzella and his team keep me on my toes I receive positive messages from the Pharmacy and family that I do a great job taking care of her. I could not do It without Dr, Ed Manzella and his team they are like are family. I am lucky If I get 4 to 5 hours sleep a night and they help me take care of her. I very grateful for this and so Is her family that she has them. My loved one Thinks the world of Dr, Ed She calls him. She has so much trust in him that Is a perfect thing for her. She goes to the office on 903 Jim Thorpe Pa, It Is a very nice office with very comfortable waiting room for you or family. Once you check In your loved one or your self at the office window. The wait time is very short before taken back to the examination rooms the nurse Is very thorough. Than when your loved one or you Is seen by Dr Ed he is fantastic and cares very much. She Is very happy to have hIm as her Doctor. Thank you Dr, Ed

He is knowledgeable and thorough. He can diagnose a patient quickly and order testing accordingly. He will take steps to treat each individual according to his/her physical, emotional and psychological needs. He is empathetic when need be but he can be tough and authoritative when the patient is non-compliant.

One would think that a Doctor's office would be having a compassionate and caring staff. Let's face it, you are going to the Doctor because you are not well... This staff here is discourteous and accusatory to the patient. Hard to want to return to this unwelcoming and hostile environment for care.

Loved this doctor initially. However, years passed and he's become unavailable and has the most ignorant staff I've ever met. Primarily Heather. And Dr. Ed KNOWS it. How do you honestly keep this staff? I see a neurosurgeon who has his nurse answer my questions and a neurologist who emails me and doesn't BILL ME FOR IT. Your office billing is disgusting and you should be ashamed. I never knew a phone call would cost $25 when my copay is $15??? And Dr. Ed said pay it or find another doctor. Well done, Dr. Ed! Staff is nasty and unwilling to work with you after talking to the nasty staff the doctor came in with an attitude after making me wait more than 20 minutes and proceeded to tell me that he was not going to see me. And I needed to find a new doctor. Thank you ever so much for the health care that you have given I can tell you truly care about your patience. I highly recommend finding a good doctor And if you need an MMJ Doctor Who actually cares hit me up I’ll give you the number of a really good one or two. But their staff does not care. First time patient, very impressed with the service, from the front desk to the doctor very professional, yet warm and friendly. I played phone tag with the secretary, but she consistently called me back. Felt very comfortable taking to the doctor about my concerns. Would absolutely recommend checking out this practice.

I encountered a very knowledgeable and capable physician, who took the time to explain in depth my concerns. This was my first visit there and as my prior experience with the medicos had not been good. I was skeptical to say the least. I found a caring and compassionate doctor who took the time to understand me and my condition. I would certainly highly recommend this physician to any one who is looking to end their search for a very competent doctor
