Dr King is one of, if not THE, most knowledgeable urologists I have ever had. I move a lot, so I've had a bunch! His communication, concern, punctuality, and even sense of humor are all exceptional. Add to that, his Oxford office has a secret weapon in Tressa "The Terminator" who will muscle your insurance provider into paying what they're supposed to pay for. Highly recommend this doctor and Advanced Urology. Solid team!

Terrible doctor! Told my hubby “You have Stage 1?cancer. What do you want? Radiation or surgery? Pick one”. Ah, let us digest the word “cancer” first. After the MRI, he told me “We found something” and proceeded to walk away. I was left by myself to cry. Dr. King has the personally of a turnip.

Trying to get an appointment is very very hard they have a recording having you leave your name and number and say they will get back to you but they never do you have to keep calling them..they need one person that will call people back...

Dr King is very professional and explains in detail his assessments of the problems and treatment options. I’ve been going to Dr King for over 10 years. I would recommend Dr King to anyone needing a qualified urologist.

Dr King is very patient conscious. He gives all and any if his time to care for his patients. He listens and gives honest answers. I am very grateful for his care.

My visits are always pleasant,professional and informative. And Ms. GLENDA is the ultimate professional,her and Dr. King makes this journey bearable. I thank God for them and pray for their safe keeping.

Dr. King has taken care of my husbands prostate cancer with compassion and knowledge. He answers my questions and guides me through our next steps with care and understanding. I thank him for that at this difficult time. Glenda is the best. I couldn't ask for more help in getting his medicine. I don't know how she does it but every month she is there with his medicine and I never even have to ask for her help she is there. Thank you Glenda

will someone, anyone, please address the LACK OF TELEPHONE FUNCTIONALITY WHEN CALLING YOUR OFFICE?? This is NOT A COVID19 issue, this always has been the case and continues to be. Please do SOMETHING. It is embarrassingly unprofessional for such a LACK TO CONTINUE.

Dr king saved my life. He is the best doctor I know.

After 2.5 years I obtained Dr King's notes from my exams/consultations. Only one of his notes reflected what we actually discussed during the visit. The other 3 included topics we never discussed e.g biopsy and the associated infections/risks vs monitoring and the patient has decided to not get the biopsy. A biopsy in my case is not warranted and was never discussed. In addition, as Harvard and Mayo advocate "free PSA" blood tests and that was never given until I took one myself. His response was that it is not always accurate. Rather than acknowledging the significantly improved statistics from such a good free PSA level. His notes are wrong and might appear like a ploy for insurance and/or to take his patient down to the most extreme, costly procedures available. If you go to him, you must get access to his notes through their portal or request a copy so you can confirm the accuracy of his notes.

Never. If I had a choice of any other urologist under our insurance plan, I would change doctors. It is extremely difficult to navigate their phone system. If we leave a message, it may or may not be returned. We had to wait 5 days after they had results of urine culture to get us any medication, and then, only after multiple phone calls! Their system makes us feel like we are on an assembly like of patients and not an individual. We are made to feel they are too busy and too prosperous to care.

Dr. King and his staff are the best. My father used him years ago ( now passed away..nothing related to condition treated by Dr. King) . Shortly thereafter.. I needed some help and he was really nice and very calm and knowledgeable. He makes patient feel very comfortable. Now .. 6 years later I was referred to a urologist for a recurring problem. I am probably about halfway through what I need to do.. but I have great confidence in Dr. king. He and his staff are very warm and kind to patients.

FINALLY-AFTER THREE YEARS IN OCALA, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH A DOCTOR WHO EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS! DR .KING WAS PROFESSIONAL , PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ALSO A GREAT LISTENER. I FELT AS IF IT WAS A PARTNERSHIP IN MY HEALTH CARE- I AM SO RELIEVED-AND IMPRESSED! THE WAIT TIME WAS WORTH IT.

After my previous Doctor of 5 years left the practice I was left with finding another Urologist. My fiancée recommended Dr King knowing him from a prior experience. Of course I was apprehensive having had four prior surgeries for bladder cancer. Upon meeting Dr King and having my first cyscoptopy I was very impressed with him and the procedure. Dr King took the time to explained my prior medical history and recommend an ongoing program to keep me cancer free. No guarantees, but much hope.
