I have been going to Dr. Kelly for over 20 years. He has taken good care of me and I must say the girls in the office are the best.

Dr. Kelly and his staff treat their patients with dignity. He is caring physician and his staff are excellent.

Best doctor in the area! I’ve been seeing dr Kelly for about 7-8 years and he’s always been spot on. He doesn’t rush u in and out and he takes the time to listen to your concerns.

I moved back to the area about 4 months ago and needed to find a new PCP, and I chose Dr. Kelly. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. He’s thorough, doesn’t rush you in and out, and his office is very efficient in terms of very little wait time, calling in scripts, and treating patients well.

Vert nice and friendly staff and the Doctor is very knowledgeable and right on his diagnosis!

Dr. Kelly is the best primary care physician I've ever had! He's very compassionate, smart, witty, and has amazing bedside manner. He has no problem taking his time with you and listening to you and wanting to come up with a plan with you. Dr. Kelly was the only doctor able to diagnose me with my rare autoimmune disease and find out what was going on and made sure I got to the proper specialists right away. He also has a very refreshing way of practicing medicine and isn't afraid to prescribe certain medications if you need it. He just practices medicine and his so nice and this type of doctor is very hard to come by, because most new primary care physicians only care about making a name for themselves, having a huge practice, making money, and advertising and that's not what Dr. Kelly is about. His office staff is just amazing. They all truly care about everyone and he takes a personal approach with his patients and that just makes it even better. If you're considering becoming a patient or switching to Dr. Kelly, you won't be disappointed and it will be the best move you've ever made! He is also very update on all the new medicines and medical advancements in his field as well. He not only manages my chronic pain, anxiety and depression, but makes sure all my preventative care is up to date, always up to date on all my surgeries and speaking with my surgeons and specialists; and he never misses a beat! He is a superhero in a white coat and tie! One night when I was in the worst pain of my life and out of state on vacation, my mother called his answering service to speak to him and he made sure he called in my pain medication to the pharmacy right away with another one for my brother to pick up from the pharmacy and drive all the way down to the shore. Dr. Kelly can only send scripts electronically and he went into his office on the weekend when he did not have to just to send my pain medications electronically and lidocaine patches, antibiotics and anxiety breakthrough medicine...you will never find another doctor like him! He is just a gem! He has been my PCP for five years now and has never disappointed me and now my whole family goes to him. He is also on the board at Chester County Hospital and I was hospitalized at CCH for a week for a severe kidney infection and he came in everyday to see me, put the orders in for my IV antibiotics, pain medications, IV fluids, blood work and so much more; and when a nurse had a question, she called his office right away and he answered right away took care of the issue. He is also in touch with my psychologist as well to make sure he listens to her and to make sure all my maintenance anxiety and depression medications are up to date and they both agree they are right for me. I just have never met such a dedicated primary care physician before! Switching to Dr. Kelly or coming to Dr. Kelly if you are new to the area, ect, will be the best decision of your life! Tammy and Joleen who work the front desk are just wonderful and very efficient and so caring and nice. Dr. Kelly's nurse is also so caring, funny, amazing and a hoot! His office is very calming and clean. I use to be so afraid of going to the doctors and even speaking up at the doctors; and now I am not afraid to go to the doctors and actually enjoy going and I am not afraid to talk to Dr. Kelly and tell him all my symptoms, how I am feeling and what is going on, because I know he will prescribe the right medications and always eases my mind, anxiety and fears. I have known Dr. Kelly for almost 15 years, and I thank God for allowing Dr. Kelly to be my physician because I am an elderly woman who has complex medical issues. Dr. Kelly is a physician who does not rush a patient, and issues are neither too small not too large for him to give it his undivided attention. I feel that he always comes up with a solution that proves to be exactly what i need to not only get well but to put my mind at ease. (I sometimes tend to turn into the hypochondriac version of Woody Allen when I don’t feel well). He is very competent, extremely professional, is empathetic, and I feel at ease discussing my medical as well as personal issues that sometimes play a big role in the symptoms. Dr Kelly has been out family doctor for as long as I can remember. Very knowledgeable, very respectful, highly recommend

His front deck nurse Tammy is a racist... she went behind my Doctor back had me discharged with out him knowing... after 13 years of kelly being my Doctor I was left to find a new PCP.. save your time worst experience with this place

Doctor Kelly is a great doctor and person I have been with him since 1997 on and off he has been a great help controlling my diabetes I am a insulin dependent diabetic

Twice now I have had to go to urgent care on a weekend following dr. Kelly's poor diagnosis or misprescribing a medication I needed. He is kind and generally well-informed, however, I'm not sure he really listens to those of us that know our bodies very well.

Dr. Kelly is the best! He's extremely caring and smart. He actually just practices medicine unlike these new doctors coming, who care more about branding themselves and afraid to prescribe certain medications. He cares deeply about all of his patients and very dedicated to all of his patients. He was the only one able to diagnose me with a rare autoimmune disease and get me to the right specialists. His office is the best and everyone that works for him! I highly recommend him!

Said I had allergies and told me to take allergy meds... symptoms did not resolve in a week and I got a second opinion... I had an upper respiratory infection.

DR. KELLY IS THE BEST DOCTOR IN CHESTER COUNTY. HE IS SMART, WITTY, AND HAS THE BEST BEDSIDE MANNER. HIS STAFF IS WONDERFUL. I ACTUALLY ENJOY GOING TO THE DR.'S OFFICE NOW!! HE IS TRULY THE BEST DR. Dr. Kelly is absolutely wonderful, as is his entire staff. He is so kind and patient; he never rushes off to the next patient. If I need an hour of his time, he'll do it. He truly cares about how I feel physically and emotionally. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him.

I've been seeing Dr. Doctor Kelly for at least 16 years and his knowledge and bedside manner is second to none. He has helped me in more ways than I can count. I'm 63 and pray he will care for me into the future. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

Went for physical and did not get a comprehensive physical appropriate for my age and gender. I had to go to another physician afterwards for the full physical which was far more detailed. Billed my insurer for comprehensive physical.

been my Doc for 20+ years. He listens & pays attention to your whole being rather than focusing on where a pain hurts the most, let us figure out what is causing it. Pain is a symptom of deeper problems. The fact he listens & pays attention & talks back to kinda like an "equal". There is no doubt who is the Dr & such, what I mean is he has a real pleasant office demeanor. He is soft spoken which is nice & easy on my nerves, yet has a dry biting sense of humor when needed. Office staff has been there forever & operate like a well oiled machine, wait are usually like 5-10 minutes waiting room/office combined & if you have a long convoluted problem to explain or discuss, you never feel rushed, he takes the time. This is also, in 20 years I may have had to wait 15 min or more 2-3 times, I know he was busy helping someone like me, so it does not bother me. Anyway the way traffic & drivers are now a days, once I get to any waiting room it is like stepping out of hell. Good Dr, good person, nice staff, appointments are usually pretty easy. When I finally move to Vermont Dr Kelly & his office will be something I will miss, Amtrak goes from Downingtown to Vermont so maybe I will be back. been my Doc for 20+ years.
