I would NOT recommend this practice or doctor! I have gone to the same eye doctor for 25 years and I had to find someone new due to a move. My appointment was at 9:30 am and I am waiting to check out at 11:15 am. I feel like I am in a factory moving from one part to the next. After waiting well over an hour, the doctor came in and saw me for 5 minutes! He then told me to come back next year and I will see someone else. This is my first time here and I will NOT return. Worst experience ever!

Wonderful doc!! Made me very comfortable and reassured for my surgery. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing an ophthalmologist.

Had an appointment at Delaware Eye Clinic in January 2019; doctor was nice, the glasses I purchased there (progressive lenses) were very expensive ($850—more than any other vision provider I’ve been to). Went back for follow up in July 2019 and was left waiting over an hour to see doctor. An assistant dilated my eyes shortly after my 10:00 appointment time, and I was then asked to wait for doctor, who would “be with me shortly.” At 11:10, the doctor hadn’t seen me and no one had bothered to let me know that he was running late or how much longer I’d have to wait, I let the front desk know that I’d been waiting 1 hour, 10 minutes beyond my appointment time and couldn’t wait any longer. I can’t afford to take unlimited time off work, and pay inflated prices for eyeglasses, and won’t be going back to Delaware Eye Clinic.

Dr Jaoude is friendly and thorough and completes procedures very efficiently. He seems to be excellent and I highly recommend him.

My husband and I recently moved to Lewes from CT. We were so pleased with Dr. Jaoude's professionalism and expertise. He took ample time for our exams and explained everything in detail. We highly recommend him.
