Outrageous charge from UCLA's East West. The acupuncturist asked if I wanted shoulder warm up (with barbershop massage machine for 3 min - no exaggeration). He did not explain the charge would be $100. I have not been able to get UCLA to respond at all, including following a hand delivered letter to Dr. Hui regarding this unbelievable issue. American Express got no response from UCLA and ruled the UCLA charges denied. "Health care crisis" or highway robbery?
Dr. Hui sincerely cares about his patients. He is easy to talk to, listens to how you are doing and your concerns, and patiently answers questions. I trust his judgement about my medical and wellness needs.
