Edward Clark Garner

Dr. Garner is a wonderful doctor. He listens and tries to help you. The front desk is another matter. She can be very curt and rude. She seems to be unable to keep up and could do with some assistance.

Dr. Garner is a wonderful, kind, considerate doc! He is so smart, listens well, and knows his stuff. You will love him! Truly both the best doctor and person ever.

I was so impressed with Dr. Garner! He actually sat facing me, not looking at a computer screen. He was kind, considerate and determined to help me. He listened intently to all that I had to say, asked questions that helped me explain my condition. and gave me the assurance that he could help. The staff was wonderful too. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nurse was so kind and so efficient with the tests that had to be done. The wait time was minimal. I actually left this appointment with a smile.

Dr. Garner is my husband's specialist and we absolutely love him. Very thorough, caring and super smart.

I don't understand all the negative reviews for Dr. Garner, I was referred to him by another Doctor and had my 1st visit with him. The waiting room was very busy but his receptionist out front greeted me with a smile, my wait time was less than 6 mins and was taken in back by a nurse whom ran a few tests on me before returning me to a room to wait for Dr. Garner, the wait time was about average and once Dr. Garner came in, he greeted me with a warm smile and went straight into my exam, he explained everything about my tests and my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. All in all the appointment took about an hour, from walking into the front door to walking out, the check out was done by the same lady whom register me and she was just as sweet as she could be, I got all my paperwork done and new appointment in less than a min. and was out the door. If you have any concerns about visiting this Doctor because of the reviews, don't. Dr. Garner and his staff were great.

Every member of my family has been a patient of Dr. Garner for years. We've put up with the rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional staff for years. However, the continuing and worsening unprofessionalism, ineffectiveness, and ineffectiveness from his scheduling receptionist and nurse has reached the point where we are forced to seek another doctor because of his continued refusal to address his staffing problems.

I can't get them to call and schedule an appointment. They keep calling trying to squeeze me when they have a cancellation. I want a scheduled visit and I would like my records from my previous doctor to already be there.

Very pleasant and polite doctor. Caring and compassionate. Very easy to talk to.

The staff is always busy. They never call you back. I have been trying to schedule my mom a follow up visit and they say they have to call me back. I'm still waiting.

The office staff, the nurse in particular shows no professionalism or respect for the clients rights. The front desk receptionist is also extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not return phone calls nor do they send paperwork in a timely manner. Would like to leave "no" stars!

Dr.Gardner made me feel comfortable my first visit.He listen to my concerns and addressed all my questions.The plan of care for me was described in detail and I feel I’m in very professional caring hands.

I was referred to Dr. Garner by my cardiologist. I have to agree with the other reviews - the appointment desk is VERY rude! I will be looking at other doctors instead. While he may be wonderful, I doubt I will ever find out. The office staff is who the patients deal with most frequently. I believe he needs to clean house and start again.

Dr Garner is my primary care Dr....and there have been some good visits with Dr Garner....but lately his secretary and nurse are so rude to me....I have no clue if Dr Garner gets my messages and I have left about 10 with the lady who answers the phone....she is so hateful and Dr Garner never returns my phone calls and I cannot get an appointment with him....he even gave me his personal cell ph # but when I leave him a message....he never returns my phone calls....my wife has left him messages.

The office staff is beyond RUDE and GOOD LUCK scheduling an appointment because SHE always claims to be busy with other patients!!!
