Very nice and helpful staff. Not so with doctor. My knee was worse after surgery and he pretty much blamed on me. Stay away!

I'm posting Dr. Forman's bill here so everyone can see - I was with the doctor for under 45 minutes and received a bill for $825. One injection in the shoulder for tendonitis. The visit alone was $212, the injection $425, the medicine $28.50 and the xray $160. Outrageous and inappropriate. Insurance is forcing me to pay $241. He said business is slow, and I'm presuming he's juicing his prices accordingly. Extremely poor bedside manor! Never visited patient after surgery in the hospital. Partial knee replacement became infected which resulted in nearly a 6 week hospital stay. Patient deceased.

No complaints. Great bedside manner. Patient advocate. Without question would use Dr Forman for any future surgery.

I have been getting treated for an ankle fracture. Dr. Forman has proved quite knowledgeable and very detail oriented when explaining my condition, what treatment options were available. He takes the time to listen to concerns/questions and provides in depth explanations/answers.

Didn't see the doctor but the staff the nurse specially was very rude and unprofesional
