How do I get my records from Dr. Flores?

Sent my mother to Dr. Ed a couple years back. He has the biggest heart and love for his patients. Aside from being affiliated with Conroe regional, I’d recommend him to anyone. He’s a blessing!

Never. The most unprofessional doctor ever. Hard to imagine how he ever Practiced with Dr. Griffith.... .the best of the best. Was not interested in anything but sleep studies and when we said they had been done, he called us liars.

I met Dr.Flores,several yrs.ago.but initially I seen Dr.Griffen. After,Dr.Griffen,passed I choose to stay &see Dr.Flores.I knew he was a Christian,& that was a big plus for me He is caring,understanding &is passionate about his patients He is well skilled &takes the time to explain things. He has always assured me that he'd be there to take care of me & that he has shown to do..I'm grateful to have him as my Dr. May God Always Bless You & your family,Dr.Flores.

The office manager is really rude to patients in person and on the phone, she should be fired! The doctor himself seemed to be a nice caring guy but the staff apparently tells him what he can and can't do. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this office.

This Dr Office is so poorly ran and managed it's ridiculous! Good luck ever trying to get a hold of Any one on the phone! They also like to spend 3 hours on lunch and not come back on time. I'm a general easy going person and really understanding, An easy to get along with. But REALLY!? I was not happy with my treatment with the Dr either. Which neither provided me any information on my health issues, Or addressed my concerns. I definitely would not recommend this place as I was... And still am being treated poorly. When I first started going to Dr. Flores last year, my experience was good. However, I have spent the HOLE WEEK leaving messages and trying to get an appointment. I do realize that with everything going on things have changed but service is extremely terrible! 1. I have left my number with a lady that seems to be in a bad mood all the time. Won’t help or possibly won’t relate messages. 2. Another lady said she would check my file and get back with me the next day. NEVER heard back from her. 3. I called when I did not hear from the person who was going to check the file. Finally got an appointment with Dr. Flores but they would not give me an estimate on co-pay. The lady who made the appointment said she would send a temp refill until my appointment date. NEVER SENT THE REFILL! 4. I called the next day to see if they could please send in the refill... They said to leave a message and that I would be contacted. 5. Today I called AGAIN and was told that they cannot send refills in because the doctor won’t be back in the office until next week... I canceled my appointment! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!! I call because I need to be seen by a Dr. NOT for the fun of it. Dr. Flores and his staff go above and beyond to help their patients. Had no problem scheduling an appointment, great communication with the girls that work in that office. All of them are friendly. Dr. Flores got to the bottom of my illness. I am so happy to have him as my lung doctor.

Had a terrible experience with him. Horrible doctor he put me in trouble with my family.

Dr. Ed, if your practice is half as passionate, engaging, comical, and rewarding as your talks were at the MA Northeast Product Symposium in October 2018 were, I would fly to Texas just to shake your hand! Thank you for caring for people! You rock! May God richly bless you!

Dr. Flores got more information about my health and life than any other doctor ever did. He summed it up and made a record. He assured me he would take good care of me. I highly recommend him. It takes a while for new patients to see him but well worth the wait.

Dr. Flores is like family, he has blessed our family with taking care of my father-n-law, mother-n-law, husband and now me. I wanted Dr.Flores because he is a christian, willing to pray with you, be straight forward and will be with you to the very end. I need that type of doctor and I have him.

I met him while in hospital. He quickly came to my room for consultation when notified of my condition. Quick, but thorough! Very pleasant.

Doctor flores has no repect towards family and blatently hangs up on the family when talking to him about a family member which is the patient. I would not sugest this doctor to take care of my dog considering the respect he has a lack of.

He is very thorough with his explanations to his patient and ensures patient understands plan of care. Speaks to patient to their level of understanding without much medical terminologies and very considerate and patient to answer any questions or concern patient and family have. He conveys a non hurried atmosphere with his clinic/office visit with the patient. Excellent professional manners. That is Dr. Edward M. Flores
