Very good Dr. & staff! Caring& follow through all the way!

I love Dr Carpenter but his staff is clueless. Dr promises this and that will happen but the medical asst, specialized medicine lady, insurance go between, etc DO NOT do their jobs. Dr and "Jennifer" said to call when specialized medicine came in and they'd train my family member on how to use it. THen they make him an appt for FOUR WEEKS OUT. THIS was after 3 wks after I kept having to do their jobs for them where insurance was concerned. Should have only taken a week at most.

I am new in town and was referred to Dr. Carpenter. He quickly set me up for diagnostic exams based on my symptoms and his examination. He was attentive and very professional.

No personal attention paid by the Doctor only a NP...after 4 visits I saw the Dr. app 2 minutes of time...Ordered way to many Tests, and never actually came up with a diagnosis...Ordered a colonoscopy even though I had one in the prior year...Felt as though this office was just in it for the testings and money from insurance etc...
