Dr Broun is caring and takes time to answer questions. I have total trust in him handling my care. OHC is on top of my case always.

I chose OHC after being diagnosed (with a pre-existing disorder that places me at a higher risk for developing multiple myeloma) by another physician in a different network. My prior physician had me come in once a year for bloodwork. Dr. Broun sees me every 3 mos with bloodwork to catch and treat early. So, currently I am being monitored. He is calm and listens to me, and I feel he is very proactive, addressing each of my questions and concerns. He treats the whole patient, even addressing my anxiety over this disease. He states that there are several treatment options if/as disease progresses. I chose him bc he specializes in the issue I have. This OHC is no amateur group. Dr. Broun is in practice with Dr. Waterhouse & Dr. Essell, who is the primary nationwide lead investigator for CAR-T therapy. Many combined and cutting edge years of cancer care in this practice.

Dr. Broun is always knowledgable, professional, positive and freiendly. No matter how busy it might be at OHC, the nurses and staff are efficient, friendly and caring.

I would recommend Dr Broun. I have known him since 2008 because my wife is seeing him to treat her lymphoma. When I was asked to see a specialist Dr Broun was the first person I thought of. I have complete confidence in him to help me in my situation

Dr. Broun is the best! He has been my hematologist for twelve years. I know my continuing good health is attributable to Dr. Broun. He not only treats you as a patient but he treats you like an individual.

I have been a patient of Dr. Broun's for the past 10 years. He has always been extremely professional and truly cares about how you are doing and what is going on with you. He answers all questions and is easy to talk to about difficult issues. I truly believe that if not for him, I would not have survived my AML. He also has a caring staff who treat each patient as an individual. I would not hesitate to recommend him to a family member or dear friend!

In the past 20 years Dr Broun has treated me for both cancer and a blood disorder. I would highly recommend him for either problem. I trust his treatment plan and he shows great concern for my health.

I've been a patient of Dr. Broun for almost 9 years now, and I would not hezitate to recommend him to any cancer patient. Very professional abd attentive. Takes time to answer your questions and explain all difficult to understand issues. He even took his time to call Mayo clinic oncologist to discuss my chemo therapy protocol developed there. He believed that their protocol was too harsh for me, and I might not survive it. He suggested some changes in the protocol, which was agreed upon.

Extremely unprofessional in handling a late stage cancer patient. Would not sit down and discuss options with the family and took it upon himself to discharge the patient without a word to the family. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone suffering from cancer.

With any life threatening Illness many many questions arise. Dr. Broun, and staff at Jewish HospitalAre first Class. He will answer any question we may have. Dr. Broun is easy to talk to, he takes all the time we need. He is and expert n his field. We have always felt confident with his Care.
