The whole experience of having cataract surgery from the beginning to the end was nothing short of a miracle. The staff, the doctors, and everyone was wonderful. In the darkness of this pandemic that we’re in right now, to see once again brightly, and clearly is nothing short of wonderful.

Dr. Balok performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I had RK surgery years ago and he wasn't sure how good my vision would be after surgery due to the flattening of my cornea, but due to his expertise, I have 20/20 vision in both eyes! I highly recommend Dr. Balok !

Dr Balok and staff are very friendly & professional from the check in to the checkout at the end of the appt. I’m always surprised that there is minimal wait time considering how busy they are yet never seem rushed or hurry through my appt. Excellent office esthetics and very clean. I’ve been a patient for many years and recommend them often.

Dr. Balok is an excellent doctor. I credit him with saving the sight in my left eye. They took me in on an emergency referral from my family doctor, treated my torn retina, and provided follow-up care. His staff is friendly and helpful as well.

State of the art facility backed by an extremely professional and knowledgeable staff! Dr. Balok sees my entire family for our vision care, including my daughter whom is at risk for uveitis. I am impressed with how thorough they are with the testing, as well as taking the time to explain it to me. Very pleased with my visits again and again!

I strongly recommend Dr. Balok and his associates for any eye related issue. I was recently poked in the eye while trying to take a stick away from my puppy. The damage to my eye and the pain was severe. Their knowledge and explanation of my injury and the care they showed for my comfort level let me know I was in good hands. Over a 3 day period they made time to see me every day, even with a full schedule and no appointment my wait time was minimal.

I have been seeing Dr. Balok for nearly twenty years and about sixteen months ago he performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes during which he inserted corrective lens. I could not be more pleased with the results. Once in a great while I use cheaters (1.25 lens) on small print but for the most part my vision is excellent. I wore bi-focal glasses for 40 years and he took care of my a stigma and cataracts and I am now glasses free! Very professional and did what he told me he could do--no more glasses.

Dr. Balok has been my eye care professional for at least twenty years. He is the consummate professional; I trust him completely. Having just completed my second cataract surgery, I am more than satisfied with the outcome. In fact, I'm thrilled to be seeing so well.

Dr. Balok put new lens in both my eyes after cataract surgery. I now have excellent vision in both of my eyes and I couldn't be happier with my results. I would highly recommend him!! Everyone in the office is so nice and professional.

My cataract experience on March 2nd with Dr. Balok(East China office/RDH) is a positive one in all respects. I was at 20/20 at one week after my surgery. Awesome!! His knowledge and ability along with his support staff is top notch. All questions were received and answered pleasantly and professionally. I highly recommend!
