The staff there is really nice, however the doctor himself is a different story. When going over my pain, I told him I had pain in a specific place and he looked me dead in my eyes and said “no you don’t.” I should never hear that from a doctor if I’m paying for him to assess the pain and concerns I have. I have no reason to lie about the pain I have, definitely going to complain to my insurance advocate as well so they’re aware. Extremely disappointed this is the behavior of a high risk doctor, I didn’t even go over the rest of my pain or concerns I just smiled and nodded until I could get out of there.

Upon arrival I was nervous and had so many emotions. I was not completely sure what to expect. This office blew my expectations. The staff was so friendly and caring. I felt as if I mattered, I did not feel rushed or pushed to the side. The doctor took his time and explained everything to me. Blessed to have been able to had such a wonderful experience.

I received top care at this facility today, it was nice & clean, I also love that the covid protocols are still in place! From the moment I walked in every staff I came into contact with was very nice helpful and etc. I never felt rushed , I was able to address my concerns and felt I had a voice in my treatment going forward. Dr. Funai & his staff are amazing & definitely provided me with great quality health care!!

This office has the most unprofessional front staff. The receptionist and office manager were extremely rude to me and wouldn't accommodate me although I'm having a high risk pregnancy. Clean, inviting office space. Friendly and personable staff. Dr. Funai is thorough and informative but still caring. He takes time to sit and explain things, discuss options and issues and even answer questions. Plus ladies - in and out ????. No hour wait. Dr.Funai and all the ladies are amazing! I actually miss seeing their smiling faces. I would not change my pregnancy experience with them in any way. I miss Brook and Hannah! Such a caring and wonderful place. God bless everyone there. Dr. Funai and his office staff are absolutely great, it has been an amazing experience from the time I needed to schedule an appointment (Karen, I am forever grateful for your help!), to the actual visit. Highly professional and courteous staff, amazing Dr. Funai who spent a lot of time with me, addressing all my questions and concerns, not for a split second I felt being rushed or brushed off. Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr. Funai and it was amazing! From the moment I walked in the door until I walked out it was a wonderful experience. The women at the desk was very friendly and took the time to explain some forms to me that I was confused about, then the RN Brooke who worked me up was very kind and explained to me exactly how my appointment would go. My ultrasound tech was amazing and explained everything she was looking for as she was taking the pictures and Dr. Funai answered every question I had and more! Dr. Funai is the best doctor I have seen! He spent over an hour with me answering all my questions. He is so knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I also have to add that from the front desk to the nurses and ultrasound nurse, everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable! Love this place!

Dr. Funai is an amazing and very knowledgeable doctor. He's extremely proactive and answers all of my questions and addresses all of my concerns with patience and understanding. I'm never left feeling rushed during my office visits. His staff is also truly amazing. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Dr. Funai along with his staff (Brooke and Hannah and the front desk staff) were extremely thorough and kind. My husband and I were a little nervous about our appointment initially. From the font desk to the intake, ultrasound and consultation we had a wonderful experience. I would recommend this office to friends and family.
