Unprofessional attitude

Very unprofessional. First time to office. When I first walk in , I stand there for five minutes while staff discussed something on the screen ignoring me. When I finally get to the back , I was told by the nurse after taking vitals and temp,I can not get a physical and discuss issues. Had to be one or the other. While discussing my medical history with the doctor, I stated I previously had a decrease of smell after having sinus issues. She abruptly stops the visit, state I have a covid and tells me to go to Cvs to get tested. I informed I have had a negative covid test and fully vaccinated. She did not provide me with a test, did not ask for my test credentials and told me the visit was over. I was un the office even bit of 5 minutes Very unprofessional. First time to office. Very knowledgeable extremely proactive

I went for my wellness examine, ask questions about something else have to come back to make another appointment. She then mail me a letter and told me she no longer wants me to come back to her office. After she infected my left ear.

Love Her

The absolute worst doctor's office and I typically don't care to leave a review however please don't bother with Dr. Rayfield and her staff. I like her personally however there's a lack of leadership with her as her office staff member are rude and constantly keep you on hold for routine calls. I called today to inquire about getting a flu shot since I am pregnant. I was placed on hold for so long. Then I called back and was placed on hold. The third time I called I tried to out talk the receptionist to let her know that I was pregnant and desperately needed a flu shot. I will be getting a new PCP.

I saw her speak to a patient badly. Very unprofessional and bad attitude.

Dr. Rayfield is prompt and professional. I've been going to her for over a year and have had no issues.

I would not entrust my pet to her care. My father was her patient and was hospitalized and then spent weeks in rehab. When he returned home, she was always unreachable, and only her physician's assistant was available. We were finally able to schedule an appointment with her nearly a month after he returned home, but then discovered that she had left early. My father then died suddenly. While her name is on the death certificate, she never once contacted my family.

I have been trying to have my records released to my new provider. The office staff keeps giving me incorrect information. I went to pick up my records. I was told I would have to pay,or go get a release form from my provider. The provider does not have a release form. The next time, she was arguing with me, saying I could fill out a release form there, but she knows that the provider has a release form because she fills it out all the time. Basically calling me a liar. Unprofessional!
