Dr. Galloway is one of my very favorite docs. He’s knowledgeable, kind, listens to you, and works with you to find solutions to your ENT problems. I hadn’t seen him for several years and then have had to see him fairly regularly this past year. He has worked hard to help me find solutions and works with my other docs as well. My husband is also a patient of his and Dr. Galloway has been great with him as well. His staff is also very compassionate and helpful. I highly recommend him.

Amazing staff from check in to check out.

Dr. Galloway was awesome! He explained everything in detail. He was friendly and timely. Listened to my concerns, and addressed each. Wonderful experience.

The online pre-check in that we can do a day or more in advance made my actual check in fast and easy. The person that signed me in was very nice, the person that signed me out was also nice. Doctor Galloway is the greatest and I recommend him to all my family and friends.

As a referral, I wasn't used to seeing Dr. Galloway. He was straight forward and thorough, explaining my health situation and going through the medications he was prescribing. He also answered all of my questions. Then he requested a follow up from me in two weeks. Very happy with the appointment.

Dr Galloway is just a good guy. He answers all questions, asks lots of questions to make sure the path we are on is the best one. It makes any changes that are needed from the patient feedback. I have had several appointments with him and I trust him completely.

Dr. Galloway was engaged and interested in my care. He asked pertinent questions that were relevant to my case and ongoing care. He is knowledgeable and gave me the resources to do more research concerning my long-term health that is related to my specific condition that is now in a management stage. Great doctor! Recently had a thyroid lobectomy. Dr. Galloway was patient and kind and explained everything in detail as to what was going to happen during the surgery and during recovery. He is definitely the right doctor what what I needed.

Dr G is personable, professional, and obviously skilled. My wife has a complicated case. He went to his peers and gathered feedback. He told us about the different feedback he got. He presented us with options of several referrals or he'd do it. He gave us a fully transparent view into his confidences and worries, and his plan to address the increased risks should we choose him.

He found the problem, correctly identified it and gave me a fantastic mouthwash to control it! Wonderful!

Dr. Galloway is very kind. I was in tremendous pain in both ears due to an ear infection aggravated by air travel. His office found an appt for me and was very helpful and friendly which was reassuring after a week of being in pain and barely sleeping.

My spouse went in for a diagnoses. The doctor prescribed medications for an infection. We asked his assistant to send the script to King Soopers and provided the location. We live in Black Forest and King Soopers was on the way home. I also asked his assistant to give us a copy of the perscription which she would not do. King Soopers never received the prescription. Called Dr's office and the receptionist transferred us to a voice mail. Called and spoke to receptionist a second time and asked if she could please get the assistant to send the script to where we initially requested. The receptionist asked for the King Soopers address (which we initially provided to the doctors assistant). We were at the Walmart parking lot and could not get internet access to look up the exact address. I asked her to please look it up, and she said that was not her protocol and also, that she was pregnant . Both receptionists were on their cell phones when we initially entered the office, prior to seeing the doctor. After a hold, she finally said they resent the prescription and recited the correct address. Well, I'm not done yet. My husband looked at the appointment card that the receptionist wrote and it indicated the wrong doctor on the card for my. husband to see for followup. Wow! A Very frustrating and sad experience. Dr. Galloway is an exceptional doctor and very personable. He listened, asked questions and had a lengthy conversation with me to make sure he correctly heard my concerns. After my examination he consulted with another specialist to confirm his course of action. He was right on and compassionate in the process. I would not recommend for ear/hearing loss issues. I had to ask for a hearing test to be done. I kept bringing up my symptoms, but he never answered any questions or gave me any kind of treatment plan for the future. He just wrote down my diagnosis and told me I could go home and Google it. Most medical professionals would say that’s the last thing you should ever do. He left me feeling hopeless.

Won't recommend. In our opinion skills not so hot. Lacks skills and an understanding all sage, seasoned, highly skilled practitioners possess that a patient should always be the center of an empathetic care team and not a physician's ego. Sincerely hope Dr. Gallway can acquire the skills and training necessary to become an effective caretaker.

Dr Galloway was very patient and informative. He provided alternative treatment options.

Excellent care. Very attentive to what I had to say. Figured out how to help me quickly and performed my surgery flawlessly. Very compassionate.

Follow up for a persistent right nasal infection

Absolutely do not recommend. (Shades of Kafka's allegory, "A Country Doctor") Saddens me to write a negative review but this doctor is awful.

He is a competent doctor.

He is on time, thorough and a total professional. Also, listens to what I have to say and answers any questions. A very personable and caring doctor and I’m pleased he’s my physician. I give a 5 star rating!

Unfortunately can not recommend Dr. Galloway specifically in the areas of "soft skills" / social interactions and clinical knowledge/expertise.

Thyroid exam and removal.

Great doctor & staff. On my first visit & after the initial/thorough exam of my throat & nose. Dr. Galloway took the time to go over my sinus diagnosis & treatment options.

Had septem repair surgery and I'm very satisfied with the results

IMHO. Rude, unprofessional and insecure. Not how a physician should conduct himself towards an ill patient seeking treatment. (Possibly better with docile mannered patients.) Lacking important skill set. Cannot recommend.

Dr Galloway is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I have seen Dr. Galloway on 3 visits for Warthin tumor on my neck. He was very thorough and initially took extra precaution to have me get a biopsy to determine the type of tumor it was. The biopsy results were benign and the exact type of tumor was determined not to be a parotid tumor which over time would grow and could develop cancer cells and would require surgery to remove. Then COVID virus hit and it took a while to get back in for appt to discuss biopsy results and further steps. Thank goodness I will not have to have surgery and Dr. Galloway will be following up with me in 6 mos. My last visit he was very kind and totally helped me rid the anxiety I had been carrying around since March. He also knows a bit about the band Journey. ??

Dr. Galloway knows what he practices and is very knowledgeable and is professional. He is also friendly while professional.

I will not visit with Dr. Gallway again. I found him severely lacking in decorum, unfathomably rude and inexperienced in certain protocol. A few classes of doctor-patient interpersonal relations would not be amiss. (I did however find the front desk helpful, courteous and well trained)

Good visit. Listens, explains, & has a sense of humor. May need new bp machine as it showed high when I was normal at another office 2 weeks earlier.

I have been dealing with sinus issues for about a year and recently had a successful sinus surgery by Dr. Galloway. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and follows treatment protocols with best options. Would highly recommend!

(Dr. Gallway, Colorado Springs) The most horrible experience I have EVER had with a doctor....l never have left anything but good reviews about medical professionals and believe most practioners go out of their way to help folks....but in my opinion this doctor is, quite simply, a BULLY...and one who does not like to have intelligent questions asked of him ....he adopts the most demeaning attitude imaginable ....even rolls his eyes at you if you do try to talk to him one on one....he clearly is used to ordering folks about with no regard to their concerns. Perhaps his pompous bullying covers up insecurities in his practice? I really got the feeling he was not equipped to handle more complex issues. Truly a horrible experience!

You would be blessed to call this Doctor, your Doctor! Best Doctor EVER!

After a previously failed parathyroid removal I was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Galloway. He assessed my condition and recommended alternative measures instead of surgery. Unfortunately they were unsuccessful and surgery was a must. He performed surgery. I can not even remember when the last time I have felt this way. Sleep patterns of 15 hrs/night have been reduced to 8-9 hrs. I have a new sense of energy which I never even imagined existed. Dr. Galloway was a life saver. I feel I “ have a life “ now rather than just existing. He knows his stuff and cares about the well being of his patients. Thank you and your staff so much.

I saw Dr. Galloway after being released from the hospital, for hyperthyroid issues. He was very kind, and took the time to explain my options. I feel very comfortable if we decide surgery is in my future.

I wasn't impressed with Dr Galloway. He didn't smile once. He made me feel as though I was totally interrupting his day. He appeared to dislike his job. I wont be back!

Dr. Galloway is awesome when I first meet him he had to talk very loud so I could hear him, so he had me do hearing test then asked me if I wanted to hear better well of course I did!! I now have hearing aids, after that I could not believe all the sound etc. that I had been missing in my life!!! I owe him so much praise for helping me!!! I was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid cancer after an FNA of a nodule. Dr. Galloway performed a lobectomy and removed the right lobe of my thyroid. 6 months later and I am feeling well and my small scar is healing well. I would highly recommend Dr. Galloway
