Dr. Eddie Smith

This is becoming like most other PCP offices. They do not seem to care when you are sick and often avoid making an appointment while you are sick, often opting for a virtual visit; the issue with that is they do not prescribe medication through virtual visits, and you have to ultimately come in the office at a later date. Now when you call them, you have to select you are seeking a sick patient appointment. When you do they put you on hold for 15 + minutes only to hang the phone up after that time.

This is my best experience with a provider since my pediatrician over 30 years ago. I've never felt like I mattered with other care. He listens and is warm and welcoming and the staff make you feel like family too. Thanks for all you do! Ms. Tracy and Nasheed are beyond kind and very patient at the front.

Dr. Smith is very caring and dedicated to his patients. I have been a patient for over 2 years and anytime I call he is there to assist with what ever it may be.

Dr. Smith is great. I’ve seen him a few times. Everyone is kind & caring, starting with the front desk staff, then clinical. I love this place! Keep up the good work.

Dr. Smith is fine. However, his staff is not. The most unprofessional staff around and the front desk assistant Sherry is rude,unprofessional and ignorant. She answers questions as if she is the Doctor and does not return phone calls,use language fit for a sailor.

I was Appointed this group by my insurance company. I have NEVER had such a impossible time getting my daughter in for a sick visit. I have been calling since Monday trying to get a same day appt and keep getting told they are booked. Given all my daughters symptoms the earliest they can give me is Friday. I have worked in the medical field over 25 years and this just blows my mind. Even with a booked schedule as the office says, there should be space to allow for emergencies and sick appointments. I wish Dr. Smith wasn't so far! He's one of the BEST doctors I've seen ever! He was my PCP for many years until he moved, his current patients are blessed

Dr. Smith is very professional, easy to talk with, a great listener, explains well and he care about his clients. Dr. Smith is the best primary doctor that I have ever had. Great!

Dr. Smith has followed my family care for years. He has cared for me, my daughter and he selected my daughter's ob GYN., when she gave birth 11 years ago. He is truly concerned about his patients.

After coming in with another patient for over a year and witnessing first hand Dr. Smith's experience, patience, knowledge, professional and personal bedside manner, and the care he gave to my friend, I decided to make Dr. Smith my primary doctor. Although I can't just call in and have to come into the office to be seen, it is worth it. I am very happy with Dr. Smith.

I had not seen a doctor in a good few years. My very first visit w/Dr. Smith, I felt so at ease and very comfortable. He is so down to earth, so easy to talk to. As well as very caring and concerning to what is going on. His personality is the absolute best! Never had such a cool doctor, lol! Dr. Smith is also very thorough in explaining things when it comes to your chart. His nurses also, are all so compassionate and have wonderful hearts. I feel very blessed to be a patient of Dr. Smith!
