Went to this office for the 2nd time for the Annual check up. The doctor and service was Very Good and he ordered all the labs. We agreed on discussing results over a phone call (Telehealth) yesterday 12/27 at noon. After 11 mins of waiting (12:11 pm) I called them to check why I haven't received the call as per the lady the Dr. couldn't make it to the office so she had to reschedule our call. We scheduled it for today 12/28 at the same time (12:00 pm). After 2 hours and 40 mins of waiting (2:40 pm) I had to call them "again" to find out what happened with the call. She put me on hold for a moment and then came back saying the Dr didn't come today and asked me to reschedule it "AGAIN". While I have no complaints regarding the doctor's attention, front desk disappointed me so much. Dr. Armas: I could realize how impeccable clean is your office, doctor's attention is super good but having this kind of behavior from front desk makes patients leaver your office for good. I can understand this is the end of the year or any other personal situation but if a doctor is not coming and he/she has appointments for that day, the least your office can do is give a patient a call and apologize.
