Dr. Shakir is hands down, the most thorough and caring doctor. He has walked us through every step of chronic and acute illness, referred us on when we needed additional supports, and has taken the time to research and explain new diagnosis. Dealing with a medically complex kiddo, it requires a lot of trust in a doctor to help make decisions. We have never hesitated working with Dr. Shakir. Dr. Ebrahim Shakir is so friendly and spent lots of time with me to discuss my issues. He is an amazing doctor who doesn't try to just give you medicine and get rid of you. He really wants to get to the root of your problem and fix it. Highly recommended!

Dr. Shakir is one of the, if not the best doctor I've been to. He's so patient and kind and truly listens. He cares a lot for his patients and it really shows. I can't recommend him enough!

I've been a patient of Dr. Shakir for several years. He is very friendly and very thorough in his explanations. He takes the time to make sure that I understand all of the options and allows for my input into treatment decisions. He is quick to respond to messages sent through the patient portal. He's also well-versed in the latest treatments and research for asthma. He was especially helpful during the COVID-19 pandemic in making sure that I had the documentation I needed for my employer and in answering my questions about how it could affect my health.

Dr. Shakir took the time to listen to my medical history. He then made a plan to coordinate care with other doctors and tests to make sure I get the right answers. Dr. Shakir is the best!

My son, now 6, went to Dr Shakir for peanut desensitization. Dr Shakir is great with kids. He takes the time to get to know his patients and understand their needs and desires and come up with a plan together. Desensitization is a little tough but he made it doable and got a good outcome for us. Today my son was given a peanut butter cookie at school and did not go into anaphylaxis! So thankful for Dr Shakir and his help getting through peanut desensitization!

Great doctor!

Dr. Shakir has such great bedside manner. He was kind and asked questions to help get the right diagnosis. The whole process was efficient and painless for both me and my child. Definitely recommend him.

Dr Shakir is a genuine person. He listens and has empathy; 2 very important qualities in a human— let alone a Dr! He really knows his stuff too!! Would recommend ??!!

Literally one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. Thinks outside the box. Speaks with you as an equal and makes you comfortable. As someone w a rare condition, he’s been integral in solving issues.

5 star rating is not high enough. We need more doctors like Dr. Shakir. His bedside manner is amazing with his pediatric patients as well as parents. He takes the time to really explain things, and listen to concerns. I never feel as though he is rushed. He is one of those rare doctors that sits down to talk with you until you are done asking questions. His nursing staff is AMAZING too. He has worked with both my girls with desensitization too food allergens; one for milk and one for peanut. To say that these programs of desensitizing are life changing, is an understatement. One of the best physicians I’ve ever worked with. I have a complicated health history and he was truly a league above Dr Brownell who works there as well and had dismissed both me and my daughter when we had to go somewhere to find out she had bronchitis. Dr Shakir is amazing. He looks past your typical stuff. Highly recommend!

Dr. Shakir was able to diagnose my mast cell disorder and put me on medication that has worked and I have not had to use my Epi-pen or make any ER visits. I am thankful he took the time to figure out what was wrong.

I did not get a chance to meet Dr. Shakir due to the unprofessional, poor communicating front line staff who misrepresented our conversation to Dr. Shakir. Then stated that Dr. Shakir does not want to see my daughter as a patient. My daughter has been off of her medications for one week and the office called to cancel her appointment at the last minuet. They would not allow me to speak to the office manager. Of course I was dissatisfied, but if the frontline staff wasn't so argumentative

Dr. Shakir was amazing start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and I felt that he truly cared about my diagnosis and treatment plan. He gave a very thorough explanation. He is very professional but repeatable. I highly recommend him!
