Dr. Kilbride and his team are extremely friendly and helpful. His bedside manner was excellent, and he did a great job clearly explaining what was wrong with my shoulder and how he planned to fix it surgically. His care team frequently follow-up with me via phone after my procedure and made themselves available for any questions I had. Additionally, I was met with prompt and helpful responses anytime I contacted their office.

I went to see this Dr. for a procedure. First consultation he had me wait more than 50 minutes. Then I waited some more 15 minutes in a room. When he actually came, he spend 5 minutes with me. No pertinent questions asked. Dr. seemed very busy with too many patients, overbooked schedule. Second consultation for the procedure. Very informal bedside manners, Dr. did not explained the procedure before nor did he give instructions after. As a self paid patient, the office gave me a price, which I paid upfront before the procedure and the first consultation. However, later I received a bill with a much higher price for a hidden additional price. The front office staff was not knowledgeable, had a hard time doing their work. This is a very UNprofessional office in general. I do not recommend this Dr. at all.

The office staff is incredibly responsive from the start and that has continued. Dr. Kilbride had xrays taken and examined my failed shoulder reversal. I knew that another surgery was my only option and expected that I might lose the use of my dominant arm, based on another doctor’s evaluation. Dr. Kilbride allayed my fears and scheduled surgery. My results are beyond my dreams. Much improved use of my arm and no more pain. Thank you, Dr. K and also to your staff! I have my life back.

Dr Kilbride didn't speak to my daughter after my surgery. He came by my hospital room days after the surgery. He should visit the patient at least a day after surgery and inform the patient that his asst will be checking in. At the follow up appt he sat at the desk outside the exam room but didn't bother coming to speak to me. His assistant gave me the results of my xray while standing at the open door until my daughter asked if she was conducting the appointment. Then she came in & closed the door. Found staff very good and friendly. And mostly dealt with nurse. She is very nice and friendly. Doctor looks to me little rushy and seems to me not interested to talk much so i asked him to explained about me knee problem so its just come for injection on my knee. As usual, Dr. Kilbride and his staff were professional, personable, and efficient. Wish my old bones were just that, but I wouldn’t want anyone else taking care of them.

Dr Kilbride is an Outstanding Orthopedic Surgeon. I know this from personal experience. I suffered a dislocated bimacular fracture to my left ankle . My fibula was shattered in pieces and my tibia was fractured at the base. My foot was 180 degrees out of position due to the accident. Dr. Kilbride reassembled my broken bones. He added a ss plate with 5 screws to support my fibula. He inserted 1 long screw in the broken tibia to hold it in position. He closed my surgical incisions where they healed completely. Follow up Physical Therapy has helped Me regain the use of My left foot. I would Highly Recommend Dr. Kilbride to anyone who would need His kind of Expertise. Thank You Dr. Kilbride. This was my first time meeting Dr. Kilbride. He was straight forward and to the point. He gave me the best option for my situation.

I was fortunate to find Dr Kilbride who replaced both of my knees within a 6 week window. He’s an extremely proficient surgeon who is the best at what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

I have been going to Dr Kilbride for knee pain. He has been very thorough and caring throughout. He never jumped to surgery but had me do physical therapy first. Unfortunately I now need a knee replacement but I appreciate not being pushed to it. I have complete confidence in my surgery with Dr Kilbride!

Dr. “Kildare” has a great bedside manner and seems to really care about his patients, even complex ones like me. My nephew doubted that anybody would even take me on for a hip replacement because I have so many complicating factors. Surprise; I did not scare him off! Is expertise is second to none, so I feel comfortable being his patient.

First used Dr. Kilbride for auto accident injury today my shoulder. His treatment was excellent and the outcome far better than expected. Recently also sought his advice for treatment of an old knee sports injury and am equally impressed with his knowledge and expertise.

I never even meet the Doctor. Had a Doctor's assistant. So I can really make a comment other than I think it would have been nice if he had walked in to the room and introduced himself.

Very professional. He diagnosed my knee problem quickly even though my x-rays were normal. Pain was related to a previous injury.

Dr. Kilbride is down to earth, doesn’t order unnecessary tests etc., he listened, did a thorough examination and opted for a shot in my injured knee first and if injury doesn’t improve within 2-4 weeks then he’ll order extra imaging etc. He at least gives your injury time for improvement without surgery from the get go. The injection in my knee was painless and so far is helping tremendously.

The receptionist at the Round Rock location is fairly abrasive. I had an appt that was set for my mother, in advanced and when I got there, she immediately said, "she doesn't think my mom can be seen there since she didn't initially see Dr.Kilbride." I made the appt there initially due to time constraints and the way she spoke to me (tone wise) was not appreciated. We were in rather quickly to see the Doctor and I had to initiate questions (ie: did my mother have new fractures?) Overall, not pleased but the outcome of knowing my mother is on the correct path is all that matters at this point. The receptionist at the Round Rock location is fairly abrasive. My experience was a very professional and pleasant one .

MD Killbride Jr. did an excellent job putting me back together. I had ACL/LCL reconstruction coupled with a meniscus tear and a few other issues. I was in and out and back on my feet in a very short time with no issues. 5 STAR MD! I would highly recommend he and his team to anyone with similar issues.

I saw Dr. Kilbride for a knee consultation. It was easy to pick an appointment convenient for me in a timely fashion. I did not wait long once I arrived. Everyone was friendly and Dr. Kilbride was very thorough and informative.

I made an appointment with the doctor however when I sat in the doctors examining room a young woman came in and she was the physician assistant. I was never seen by the doctor nor was I offered an explanation why a doctor didn’t see me. I went to visit a doctor and expected to see one. Really disappointed. The physician assistant was knowledgeable but not the doctor. Disappointing

My recent visit at the around Rock, Texas location was a new issue after an excellent ankle repair of a double fractured ankle about a year and a half ago in the past. Dr Earl Kilbride quickly diagnosed the issue and began with the least invasive approach which I appreciated.

Dr. Kilbride listened to my needs and I felt extremely confident with his care.

Dr. Kilbride is an excellent surgeon. He did my left hip replacement and I’m having him do the right one in the future.

Dr. Kilbride is very caring and yet professional at the same time. He did an outstanding wrist surgery for me just before Christmas. My wrist has healed from the surgery and is now in PT, which will take some time due to the type of surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Kilbride.

I fell and injured my foot/ ankle 4months ago today. Because I don’t have health insurance, I was hesitant to go to the doctor and tried to home-remedy it for a few weeks post injury. After 7wks and it not getting better, I asked for recommendations on Orthopedic Surgeons in Austin, TX. I made an appt. with Dr. Earl Kilbride Jr. He walks in, points to my boot/ crunches and says "Well, that boots' not gonna work for you", asks me what happened and says he is going to go look at the x-rays and leaves the room. My dad demanded we see the doctor again. Dr. Earl Kilbride Jr came back and said "I assumed she was fine because she wasn't wearing her boot. That word ASSUME is one of the most unprofessional words that a medical professional should use. If it weren't for my dad, Dr. Earl J. Kilbride would have allowed me to leave his facility without a proper boot and proper expectation of a plan of action. Who pays a ridiculous medical bill/ uses their insurance funds on doctors who assume???

Dr. Kilbride is very intelligent, knowledgeable, kind and what’s the best he treats you as a human being should be. You never leave us doubting anything. I have learned from you on how my double knee surgery would be and my future with my knees would be. My whole family have had your services and all are pleased. Thank you sir. Couldn’t have found a better orthopedic that specialized in Spirts Medicine to treat my daughter.

Dr. Kilbride is my hero. It's that simple I have a bone disease and have both shoulders rebuilt, both hips replaced, one knee replaced and the other knee is preop for replacement. Dr Kilbride has done every surgery except the 1st hip replacement. I trust him completely and so does my family. He is skilled and kind and smart as a whip and knows his stuff. You need a bone fixed? He is your man!!

Dr. Earl J. Kilbride Jr. is the Best Orthopedics Surgeon in Austin, no I will go one step further. The best Orthopedics Surgeon in Texas. I had a complete rotator cuff tear, to my left shoulder, that had separated from the bone. I was in so much pain since August 2016. I knew surgery was the only answer, but I tried to avoid it long as I could. But couldn't deal with the pain any longer. I had surgery at the end of May. It has only been about 16 days, and my shoulder feels GREAT, NO PAIN.

Love Dr. Kilbride and staff is friendly and office runs smooth. Only complaint is I’ve never been able to get anyone to answer the phone no matter which option I choose so the ease of scheduling appointments or in my case needing to talk to the disability forms person I’ve been trying for a week and nothing.

I have a lingering knee problem. Dr Killbrode gave me a Good exam and explanation of what might be going on. I don’t need a knee replacement just need to figure out what’s going on and slowly getting worse. He gave me confidence that he would do his best and ordered an MRI.

Dr. Kilbride is very personable , compassionate and understanding doctor. He listens to his patients . He is very knowledgeable and works with the patients from every angle possible. I would and have recommended his to friends and family. We have all been very happy .

I went in using a walker and very much in pain. My X rays showed no real problem with my knee. The it was the fastest knee exam that took less than 1 minute and wanted to do an injection that I don't think would have been an appropriate course considering the complaints I posed and the amount of pain I was in. I went elsewhere for a second opinion (best decision I could have ever made) and the other doctor found that my hip was bad and causing my knee to hurt. SECOND OPINION IS ALWAYS RECOMENDED
