From my first call to the office to the kind and compassionate care I received from the entire staff makes me highly recommend Dr Dunn. Took care of my foot issues and on the mend

I am a new patient and was very pleased with the overall customer service from the staff. Dr. Dunn was excellent, personable and attentive!

Had a Toe Fungus treated by 2 other docs before Dr Dunn. She used 5 different treatments simultaneously and my Toe was finally cured in a year. Dr Dunn is terrific solved my unsightly problem. I'm so grateful.

Made my appointment 2 weeks ago, team confirmed that they took m y insurance. I get a call the DAY OF THE appointment, less than an hour before the appointment to tell me that they don't accept my insurance. This is utterly despicable. Dr Dunn's office does not care about patients enough to give them a heads up.

I have asked for my visit records three times and still have not obtained. Disappointing. Also, do not go to this office with complex ankle issues.

I had an ingrown nail that became infected during a holiday weekend. I found Dr. Dunn searching on line and was impressed by other reviews. I called and left a message. The office called me the first business day morning following the holiday and gave me an appointment for the following week. Once there, Dr. Dunn diagnosed the issue and took steps to resolve the matter that day. I cannot take many drugs due to a liver problem. Dr. Dunn researched and recommended one I could take without complication. That evening I called with a question about the medication. An office staff member contacted her, got me an answer and called me back within 90 minutes. I had a total of 3 visits for the issue. During the second, Dr. Dunn recommended a wider shoe. I questioned the reason having never needed a wider one before, but decided to follow her recommendation and am very glad I did. In summary, I found Dr. Dunn and her staff to be knowledgeable, thorough and approachable. I will seek Dr. Dunn's help again should I have any future foot problem. Had a positive experience with Dr Dunn and her staff. It's a small practice with a family feel. I was seen promptly and had a thorough evaluation of my condition and treatment options. Dr Dunn is very personable and professional.

Dr. Dunn is the fourth podiatrist I have seen to treat my plantar warts condition. Dr. Dunn strategized that laser treatments could have a positive result. The other podiatrists offered ointments, lotions, scraping and medications that might have produced unexpected side effects...all to no avail. Apparently the use of laser is a new and innovation method of treating a variety of conditions and Dr. Dunn is experienced and very adept at utilizing it. Dr Dunn is a real find! She is knowledgable with a great bedside manner. My feet no longer bother me. She prescribed a great pair of orthopedics and resolved a toe nail fungal infection. What more could you ask for?

Very disappointing all they care about is money, my son had a infection needed a procedure ASAP. All they were concerned about is what credit card I could use to pay them in full! I was put in a very bad uncomfortable situation because they weren’t gonna help my son unless I gave them money!! By the way I did have health insurance!! Meanwhile we are in the office he on the table waiting. They were running back and fourth asking Doctor about payment. Then after procedure was done a follow- up appointment was not included. A caring Doctor should want to see what they did and make sure all looks ok and patient healed properly but the Doctor made clear another office visit there will be another charge! Granted I already paid them 1/2 the procedure and plus my credit card number had to be left for remaining amount to go on in 2 days or they weren’t going to help him!! This was a horrible experience. My husband had been seeing a podiatrist in south Florida but when he came in with an infected blister on the bottom of his big toe she told him that it is considered a "wound" and she didn't work with "wounds". She suggested he go to the ER. I got on the internet and found Dr. Dunn, foot surgeon, and called her office with fingers crossed hoping she could see him. I recently had a hammertoe surgery with Dr. Dunn, first off, her staff is super friendly, they are second to none! Where would I be without Janeen! They are always schedule friendly for those busy people and even for a 'fabulous shoe girl' like me. My toe surgery stemmed from a previous surgery several years ago, and the toe started bending into the second toe. Dr. Dunn, saw what needed to be done to straighten and correct the toe, she even consulted with me prior to the surgery, discussing the end results, ensuring that everything would be aesthetically pleasing to me, not just a hack job on my toes. Yes, my toes are still healing at the time of this review, but I have been able to see the progress, and I'm overly happy, knowing that my feet will look nice in my sandals and heels, and yes, the toe in question is now straight (Which is most important)!!! Horrific. Rushed explanation.The doctor left in the middle of the procedure to get her child.My foot had been numbed.After 2 nights my throbbing foot was diagnosed with a staph infection though it had remained wrapped by the doctor.The procedure was worse than a failure as proud flesh is exposed. She is not available. I wouldnt go back to her anyway. My regular doctor was appalled.Said her instruments must not have been sterile. 2 staff ladies very nice.

I was recommended to Dr. Dunn from a friend of the family, Susan Lyster. From my first visit to my most recent visit, this past Friday, I was treated very professionally by Dr. Dunn. I am very confident in her abilities to heal my foot issues. In just the past two treatments, I'm able to walk without pain and hope to be back on the tennis court, soon. Dr. Dunn's staff is well trained and eager to make my visits as stress free as possible.

Had pain in my foot. Tried to get an appointment at another office. They could give me an appointment in 4 days! Dr. Dunn’s office staff was able to get me in that same day. Awful.. misdiagnosed my ankle cost me at least 6 weeks .. not a real doctor.. didnt even think to order mri .. instead just took a guess..go to a real ortho dont waste your time ..rude and not helpful even after she realized she screwed up..
