Dr. Dwight H. Pate

I highly recommended this office, they have a friendly staff that go above and beyond to accommodate the clients needs.

I went to see Dr. Pate with a lot of headaches and jaw pain/tension. Dr. Pate performed a thorough review of my teeth and discovered that I had some inconsistencies with my bite that were causing the issues. He performed an equilibration on my teeth to correct the spots that were hitting wrong, and since then I have not had any jaw pain or headaches!! He explained every step to me and made me comfortable with the whole process. Cannot recommend Dr. Pate and his team enough!

Dr. Pate and his special staff are the most professional and personable Dental office I have ever been a patient of. I recently moved to the area and needed a dental practice to continue my extensive dental needs. After reading Dr. Pate's bio online and meeting him and his staff, I knew without any doubt or concern that I had made the right choice. You are treated with dignity, respect and like a family member and are put at ease while under care. Dr. Pate has a standard of work that one doesn't come across often, if ever, and will not settle for mediocre results. He is concerned with every detail and goes the extra mile to satisfy, as does his staff. If you need a dental practice in Auburndale, make an appointment and check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Pates office is amazing! Coming from the dental field myself, I walked into Dr Pates office with done high expectations. But those expectations were well exceeded! Dr. Denton has such a kind and warm heart and makes you feel comfortable and dare I say “at home” while being in the dental chair! The rest of the team was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel like I was just another patient in the chair, but I felt like they truly cared about my dental health and wellness as a whole.

This entire office the best!! Dr. Pate is wonderful. Very kind and caring and a perfectionist. Highly recommend him. And his staff just wonderful.

Was ask to pay an additional fee for my flipper to be fixed after multiple trips, because the dentist filed it down to much to begin with before my gums were healed and my bone was left jagged and cut through my gums , my personal opinion is I shouldn’t have to pay for their mess up !

I really enjoy the office staff. Today I had to wait an inordinate amount of time for the new dentist to check me after my cleaning. I would suggest in the future, the dentist excuses herself and checks the patient that is waiting. This added a good 30-35 minutes of down time for me.

Went in for a cleaning last week the staff was very friendly and Dr. Pate was very knowledgeable.

Just moved here and broke a tooth---Dr. Houle to the rescue! She is amazing. Very competent and even stayed late to help me out. The entire office staff was so kind, compassionate and eager to help me out. They are now my new Florida Dentist practice!

When I left the office, I felt positive that the best plan of treatment would be explained to me!!!! Staff and Dr. Pate were very kind and hey gained my trust immediately!!!

wonderful dentist i got first class care

I was delighted to finally have Sommer care for my teeth. Of course, she did this gently, effectively and safely. I always look forward to my visit. Dr. Abbey checked everything out in a personable and professional manner. She and Sommer are "keepers" in my book.

Dr Abbie is awesome. She straightened my teeth, so they meshed right, so hopefully they won't chip & break because they were misaligned before I came there. In less than 1 year the process is done. Hopefully I won't ever have to have dentures. Thank you Dr Abbie.

Dr. Pate is awesome! We drive several hours from our home for cleanings and dental work. It’s well worth it. His cosmetic work is second to none. The office staff and dental hygienists are amazing. World-class customer service with a sense of urgency. Highly recommended!!!

Always totally satisfied with my visits to Dr. Pate's/Dr. Abbey's office. The doctors, techs, admin girls are all terrific. They're friendly, kind, considerate, know their jobs and do them well. Recently had my teeth cleaned and a couple other procedures done for my gums, and the experience was totally awesome. They make you feel like you're the only patient they have....treat you like family. I can't say enough good about these people....I'd HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. I can't say enough about Dr Abbey and her assistant that worked on me to re-gain a "full toothed smile", and your entire staff from the receptionist to the billing , and everyone in the middle. At nearly 65, I am much more likely to pay attention to the way I am welcomed and talked to as a new customer, whether I am in a restaurant, car dealership, or doctors / dentists office. I knew I was at home with your staff from the minute I came in the door. First time here and I have to say I normally am very on edge about dentist work, or even walking in to a dentist office. From calling for appointment, to coming in and doing the paper work and sitting in the chair for all the pictures and xray, they made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Every one was so welcoming and so very up beat and pleasant to me. It was so nice to walk in and see smile (even though they had mask on you could tell they were smiling). My husband got an appointment for a emergency pain issue that I had been dealing since last year from a bridge done from a different dental office and couldn’t find what was causing me pain. As I arrived the office; due to the Corona virus issue the office was well cleaned and no other patient close since only urgent cases were being treated. The assistant had their mask as well as the Doctor, they got a couple X-Rays and Immediately gave me the cause of my pain, she recommended me and trained me how use the sample for my teeth and 2 days after my tooth is feeling much better. Thank You so much to the friendly staff and to Dr Abby for solving my pain issue .

The group cared about my comfort and overall experience. They continually communicated with me checking to make sure I was good. I have in the past 6 months been at another dental practice and this experience was by far the BEST. The work done on my teeth was superior.

Dr. Pate is very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest technology. He combines the technology with old fashioned care and consideration. Most people dread coming to the dentist, but Dr. Pate does his best to make the experience as unscary as possible.

Dr. Abbey is great; spectacular results and speedy process. Somer was gentle but thorough for my cleaning. I have never had a bad experience in this office with any of the staff. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

I have met many dentists throughout my life, but Dr. Pate has been the most pleasant, and skillful dentist I've met. Also, I am very happy that he's extremely good at communication with his patients

I have been going to Dr. Pate for years. I have always been very pleased with all of his work. From gum surgery, to crowns, to fillings, to my regular dental cleanings, all have been performed professionally, and virtually pain-free. This was my first visit to Dr. Pate’s office and I saw Dr. Abbey his associate. She was so gentle, caring and compassionate. My second visit....another great experience. The Doctors as well as staff are experienced, friendly, compasionate, kind, etc. I tend to freak out when I visit the dentist, but Dr. Abbey and Dr. Pate try their best to put me at ease....I know it can't be easy for them, but they're very patient with me.
