Absolutely the best experience I have had at a DDS office. Customer for life. Entire staff makes you feel right at home.

Dr. Valentine and his entire staff are wonderful! I used to dread going to the dentist, but not since I started going to his office. Everyone is very nice, helpful and professional.

I had a prior visit setup that ended up being during the initial onset of COVID. I tried to cancel because of the general confusion of all of it but I could never reach anyone. In the following two years I called to try and reschedule but could never get anyone because of short workdays, long weekends, etc… I finally get someone and she is unable to book the appointment because she’s “new”. She then calls me back and says they’re charging me $70 for the missed appointment. I get there and the spacious lobby is closed but somehow it’s ok that everyone coming and going can squeeze by one another in the cramped and narrow reception area all while the staff sits behind plexiglass. I get in and get the same hygienist I’ve had before but this time she is intentionally heavy handed with the pick. Valentine comes in for all of three minutes, has me say “ahh”, moves my jaw around and then mumbles at the X-rays before leaving. After my cleaning I’m not even offered a toothbrush for my troubles.

Quick, courteous, super friendly staff. They were so good with my daughter. It was the best experience I have had at a dentist office in almost 50 years.

Having not visited a dentist in over a decade, I anticipated a scolding at my first visit to Dr. Valentine's office, but that was not the case at all. The assistant, Lisa, introduced herself, then took a very thorough dental and medical history, and a full panel of X-rays, and then began cleaning. To my relief, she was extremely gentle, and reassured me that the situation was not as dire as you'd think after such a gap in care. Dr. Valentine came in just as the cleaning was wrapping up, and he examined my teeth and performed an oral cancer check, then he went over the X-rays with me. Two of my teeth had been damaged in an auto accident, and he was extremely thorough in his explanation of their status and treatment options. I greatly appreciated how courteous and professional the entire staff and Dr. Valentine were. I can sincerely say I actually look forward to my next checkup. Thank you very much! Dr. Valentine has been my dentist for 30 years after growing up with various dentists that hurt me, and did not seem to care. Dr. Valentine and his staff ALWAYS makes sure I am comfortable. Dr. Valentine is very state of the art – and has all the latest tools, but more importantly, he and his staff CARE! I would recommend his office to anyone needing a great dentist. I had a root canal done and it was surprisingly a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Valentine was very informative and didn't leave me terrified as other dentists have in the past. The tooth he did today was a tooth another dentist said needed pulled. So i am grateful that my tooth was saved and not pulled.

Hands down, the best dentist office I have ever been to! From check-in to check-out, every staff member is kind, courteous, and informative. Dr. Valentine is so warm and gentle. He always puts my mind at ease and gives me plenty of time to ask questions. I recommend this office to all my friends and family!

We have seen many dentists over the years and Dr. Valentine is excellent. The experience from walking in the door to leaving is pleasant. The staff is friendly, informative, and experienced. Going to the dentist was always something I dreaded. Especially first visits...the x-rays and the exam and the costly way they want to fix my teeth that would take a few hours. I was so relieved I did not receive that treatment today! Just a few first time x-rays and a cleaning (which is usually a second appointment with other places) and I was done in little over an hour! The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. UPDATED: While my first visit was pleasant I am now realizing I am a bit put off by the lack of solutions. The office is covered is teeth that have been fix but except have a couple teeth removed nothing was discussed about a massive gap where a bridge/particle would be left when one tooth is pulled. Also he told me to get invisalign to fixed my teeth when he has a similar product he uses just inches from the chair I was sitting in. It feels like he thinks I can't afford him and his products. For being someone with anxiety about dentists and people invading my personal space - I appreciate the care and concern expressed by the staff at Dr. Valentine's office. They really do attempt to make you as comfortable as possible. Their consideration is very much appreciated.

I had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Valentine’s office. The ladies st the front desk were so friendly and helpful, my hygienist was personable, fun and professional and Dr. Valentine was also very personable and explained everything so I could understand.

Five stars is not enough for this office. I was put at ease from the initial phone call to the end of the appointment. Having the equipment and expertise to craft and a set a crown in one appointment is a plus. Dr Valentine also called to make sure I was comfortable that evening. Highly recommend this office.

Excellent! So impressed with the staff and their professionalism! They took great care of my little girl when she unexpectedly had to have a tooth pulled!

My kids actually get excited and count down the days until their next appointments. All the little "extras" like fun animal bibs and cherry flavored gloves are second only to the knowledgeable, friendly, and patient staff ! I recommend this clean, modern office with the latest in dental technology and superb communication to every one !

Great, professional staff, dentist was very educated and the hygienist (Lisa) was very thorough and made it as if I weren't at the dentist through conversation and making me feel comfortable. Much better than the previous practice I was a patient of.

I've been going here for the last decade and I have always received excellent care here. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Valentine and his assistants are very experienced.

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Valentine for 13 yrs, which included orthodontic care for us both. He and his staff have provided us exceptional care and attention. I highly recommend his office.

Every time I have visited Dr. Valentine's office I have had a great experience. The staff is super friendly and professional. They are gentle and answer all my questions. At my previous dentist's office - my daughters and I always felt rushed (like they wanted us to hurry up and leave because I had to come after work and we were the last patients). I had to have a crown, and he was able to do the entire process in one day! No temporary tooth and then having to come back to put the crown on.
