Amazing, amazing and more amazing. I've been researching doctor's for years who I trusted to perform my abdominoplasty. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Reid. Arriving the day of surgery I admit I was nervous. That all went away before rolling into surgery. The staff made sure I was comfortable and treated like more than a patient, I was a person in their eyes who was in their hands. The recovery protocol was fantastic and almost pain free. I am 6 months post opt and absolutely in love with my results. I had breast implants July of 2021. Dr. Reid and his whole team are amazing, the whole process was smooth and felt so easy. The nurses are so nice and soooo helpful. I had a question at 9:30 PM the night before my surgery and the nurse got right back to me. I went with high profile and couldn't be happier with my results, they are the perfect balance of perky but still natural. Dr. Reid really knows what he is talking about and will make sure to give you get exactly what you want. You get to try on implants as well to get the feel for what you want. It takes about 6 months for your breast to fully drop so you have to be patient but the recovery was not bad at all for me, I was at brunch the morning after surgery. You are limited to what you can do for the first 6 weeks but I had no problem doing day to day task. I could not recommend Dr. Reid enough, he is amazing!! Dr. Reid and his staff are nothing short of amazing. Amazing work, incredible staff!

Dr. Reid made my dreams come true thru plastic surgery and his staff is so attentive and personable - LOVE him and his team!!!

Like anyone else, I read countless reviews , hoping to find "The One!" There are lots of Surgeons in Austin and the more I reviewed Youtube videos from the Drs who explained why their practice was outstanding, the more confused I became. I made a long list then read some more and came up with a short list of Docs to meet in person. Obviously I chose Dr Reed. I doubt he knows what made me choose him because he is unaware I think, of how he compares in the initial meet and greet. He is not selling, nor is he trying to make friends. He listens intently tho I am sure he's heard the confident sounding but insecure(almost embarrassed) words many times before. Dr Reed has the sensibilities and manner of a Pediatrician versus a cosmetic surgeon. BEYOND all of this., the procedures I had done, neck and face lift along with laser resurfacing, were MORE than what I hoped for as I tried to keep moderate expectations. The results are so so pleasing and what makes it such a great experience to this moment, almost 3 months after surgery, is that every step of the way I felt looked after, tended to by this incredibly professional staff who have been consistently friendly, warm and attentive. Dr. Reid is an amazing surgeon. He takes the time to ensure that his surgical goals and your desired results are aligned. He, as well as his staff, will do all they can to answer every one of your questions and ensure your comfort. Highly recommended.

Dr. Reid and staff were very knowledgable. I never felt rushed during any of my appointments or follow ups. He took the time to get to know me and find the best solution to my concerns. His bedside manner is terrific and he really made me feel validated and well cared for. It took me a long time to come to the realization that I wanted a breast reduction and I visited many doctors to find the right fit for me. During my search, many offices were offended when I shared that I was just looking around at this time. Restora did not. They encouraged me to do research and find the best fit for me for such an important decision. I ended up going back to where I felt the most comfortable. Dr. Reid did an amazing job. Dr. Reid at Restora Austin is an exceptional plastic surgeon. I had always considered having a breast augmentation, but was afraid of looking too fake, too big, and unnatural. Dr. Reid took my concerns into consideration and we picked a size that was absolutely perfect for my body. No one can tell I've had a breast augmentation because they look SO natural on me. The staff at Restora is SUPER sweet and always makes you feel like a celebrity. They respond to emails in minutes, they call to check up, and are willing to do anything to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Reid did a fantastic job on my surgery! He perfomed a full Tummy tuck on me and I am highly impressed with the results and how AMAZING of a job he's done!!!
