My family will NEVER step foot in their office again. When I called and asked if they could fax or email me my husband’s receipt for his glasses (to get Flex spending reimbursement), was told they could only mail or I would have to pick up. They said it was HIPAA law (it’s not...no medical info, just a paid recp’t). When I told her it wasn’t law, she said she was not going to argue with me and HUNG up. Most unprofessional. Bad experience with office staff. Will not even consider the doctors, as your staff is supposed to be an example of what you want your patients to see/feel. If that’s the best I will get, I certainly am not interested. I will continue to go a bit further for my current yearly exam, where I am treated with respect and courtesy.

Treated like a king. I’m an old guy been wearing glasses for 55 years +. Seen many an eye doctor in those years. Best eye doctor, best staff.

Dr Ramey billed my insurance for $152 for my contacts, but I never received them (despite multiple phone calls checking to see if they had them yet.) After 2 months I have still be unable to get my contacts from him. My insurance company says he has committed insurance fraud. All I know is that I still don't have contacts, and now I am involved in a big mess trying to get my insurance to pay for some because they have already paid Dr Ramey for them.
