Dustin Carl Hoffman

Dr. Hoffman did an excellent job replacing my knee. Follow ups have been very easy. Communication and explanations are to the point. He knows what he is doing and you can not only see it but sense it. This man has chosen a career that he is extremely good at. I am thankful I ran across him when I was having so much trouble. The problem began 43 years ago do to a pretty bad motorcycle accident. I am 66 years old and must admit I was anxious about the surgery. He doesn't sugar coat anything but explains in reality what your options are and what to look forward to. He was also extremely kind to my wife after surgery explaining the 8 medications I needed to take for some time since I was in no shape to remember. The only other Orthopedic Surgeon I have known was the one that patched me up after my motorcycle wreck at 23 years old. That surgeon was promoted to head of Orthopedics at Duke Medical Center. Dr. Hoffman is of the same caliber and just as qualified in my opinion. Thank you Doc.

On my one year anniversery of hip replacement by Dr. Hoffman. I have never had to call them one time. I am walking, sprinting. All is well!

After 3 years of visits bloodwork and mri he would not do hip replacement surgery. Due to smoking he knew I smoked from get go. Am a retired nurse and have NEVER gave bad review to health card professional. He is a tease

Do not use this doctor he destroyed my Rt knee and then from Georgia to North Carolina to hide don't trust him I had to retire because I can't work anymore

Dr. Hoffman is an excellent Physician. He has as good a bedside manner as any Dr. I have ever experienced. He entered the Exam room, reviewed my X-Rays then explained my situation and what my options are. He explained everything in easy to understand terms and explained the follow on procedures and courses of action depending on which option of treatment I decided on. I had his full attention, he did not pressure me and he answered all my questions and left nothing unanswered. I am so glad I chose him. I look forward to more treatment from Dr. Hoffman. I was quickly seen. I had already completed the paperwork, had xrays and Dr Huffman had already reviewed everything before I saw him. He reviewed the xrays with me, made recommendations, sent prescriptions to my pharmacy, and i was finished. Very thorough and pleasant. I really liked the care I received.

They kept me informed of the procedure, and what to expect during the healing process through daily texts and accessibility via text and phone. Went for first visit to see Dr. Hoffman. Having severe pain. Had 2 back surgeries and still have pain. Mri shows some problem with hip. Dr. Hoffman sending me for injection to verify hip replacement. I liked that. Very professional! He makes sure before a decision. I feel I can trust him! Easy to talk to.

I was seen in a timely manner. The doctor answered all my questions.

Dr. Hoffman did my hip replacement. I have had a great recovery. My experience with ORTHOGEORGIA was over the top. I highly recommend Dr.Hoffman if you need a Hip Replacement. The daily messages I received was so encouraging and helpful. The exercise reminders was a great help as well.

A smooth process. I was well- informed by caring doctors and staff. Thank you for putting me ant ease throughout.

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Hoffman! He talks with you and not at you. My surgery went extremely well and he understood my concern about leg lengths. If you have to have hip or knee surgery, I recommend Dr Hoffman.

Dr. Hoffman was great & I feel 95% better! I’m so happy with my results!! The reason for the 4* is due to receiving calls back from his office after the surgery.

I made an apt. Immediately. He and his staff were professional from my first visit to this moment. I am so thankful for his professional way. I have had 12 knee surgery on the same knee over the last 45 years. I put off going to an orthopedic surgeon until the pain became unbearable. I was referred to Dr. Hoffman by a friend. From the first visit I knew I was in the right place. After several surgery of temporary fixes he recommended a full replacement. I was alitte hesitant due to past experiences but I really had no other option. Surgery was performed in Dec., from the moment I woke up I felt better, my lef was finally straight after so many years with very little pain. I continued recovery at the 96 Street Ortho GA site. Bobby Holcomb was my therapist. He is the best! He pushed me gently and the result has been amazing. I'm finally walking without limping and can bend my knee further than I had expected. My husband Richard saw Dr. Dustin Hoffman this morning concerning his his. He was very precise and patient and explained very clearly what was to be ✔ ????

I was referred to Ortho Georgia and was very well pleased with the treatment I received from Dr. Hoffman, I believe he is very knowledgeable and would highly recommend Him to anyone.

Made himself available and explains EVERYTHING in basic layman terms without making people feel too ignorant. Pleasure to deal with.

Dr. Hoffman did a great job. I would highly recommend if you need his specialty. Professional, Knowledgeable, Personable and easy to talk to and understand.

He is thorough. What more can u say?! His office staff are friendly sly and helpful. When u leave a message they call back! I cannot say enough to paint the picture of Dr. Hoffman as one of the best doctored I’ve ever been to. I’m so very thankful he is in our area to serve others who need someone like him to depend on. My hip replacement surgery went well Dr Huffman was personable and the daily text messages during recovery was very helpful. He is definitely five stars.

Friendly staff! I appreciated that Dr. Hoffman explained what was going on with me in terms I could understand.

Having seen Dr. Hoffman previously for the same problem with my hip I was a little reluctant to return for a second visit. However since I am suffering from severe hip pain I did return and got the same frosty attitude from Dr. Hoffman telling me there was not enough clinical evidence to replace my hip. He had apparently already made that decision prior to entering the exam room as he did not examine the hip but immediately began to tell me I didn’t need a hip replacement. He suggested pain management. His credentials are impeccable . Too bad he is not as great as he thinks he is.
