I Love dr Mulpuri she really cares about her patients. She doesn't hurry the visit, she listens completely and treats you like your family.

Very thorough and knowledgeable

Such a great healthcare provider! She can give you a diagnosis just by looking at you. She knew exactly what was going on before discussing it. I have referred multiple people to her and they all were very pleased.

Dr Mulpuri is a great Dr. She understands what problems you have and assist in anyway possible. Very knowledgeable and personable. Always makes you feel important and she actually cares about her patients. She checks up on you all the time. She makes you feel like family. Dr. Mulpuri is the most caring, thorough, knowledgeable, responsive, proactive health care provider I’ve ever known. I recommend her most highly for patients of all ages. You won’t find a more dedicated physician.

Dr. Mulpuri is an amazing physician. She is caring, personable, and takes time to answer questions and explains everything clearly. Her entire staff is also extremely personable and professional. I also love that she practices family medicine because my children and I can all receive the same excellent care.

I was trying to have my parents as new patients to her practice but her staff is very rude, especially CORA,,Michelle seemed nice over the phone, but CORA was horrible...I just hope she gets fired for being impatient, rude and disrespectful... Absolutely horrible esperience at this office. I write this as i sit on hold after being hung up on 2 times already. Ive been on hold for 15 mins. When i went in for my first visit they had me sitting outside for 45 mins past my appt time. Dr mulpuri was super nice and friendly. However her office ataff is totally incompetent. I had to get an edg done and it was a month after the visit to this office and they never sent a referal to my insurance. Also, why is there no hours. Im so sick of bring hung up on over and over. I have been coming to Dr. Mupuri for 14 yrs and I love her but as so many people has said her staff except for Kenya are very unprofessional. I don’t know your protocol but I have read the reviews and I see I am not the only one so I think it should be some serious concerns brought to the staffs attention. I don’t want anyone to loose their Jobs or for the doctor to loose patients just for the staff to learn professional decorum. I've been going to Dr. Mulpuri for 20 years and fly in to see her at that. She is one of the most understanding Dr. that is a problem solver. I recommend her for her listening, dedication, and problem solving skills to care for your family as a whole.

I love Dr. Mulpuri! she’s sweet, easy to talk to, and really seems to care. The office staff is also very friendly, and the wait to see the doc never takes too long. I would recommend her and this office to anyone.

Called to make an appointment took, took three tries to get someone on the phone. Show up for the appointment which was 2 days later, just for them to tell me that they no longer accept my insurance. Took a half a day off work and made the 30 min drive for nothing. If they would stop talking to each other about patients maybe the would have time to answer the phones and make calls to let people know important things. Huge waste of time. Dr. Mulpuri is a Great Doctor. I have a major concern why I can NEVER get through to someone on the phone. I ALWAYS have to go in to make an appointment, ask a question etc. Very frustrating.

I had a appointment today oct 30,2018 at 9:45 I got there 15 min early after signing in I waited then the reception tells me my insurance is no good so we get that fixed and I'm waiting to see the doctor now it's almost 2 hours later so I go back to the reception and ask what's the problem I have been here almost 2 hours and 4 people have been seen already then the lady from the back xomesout calls my name I told her I've been out there for 2 hours and now what well I'm just giving you a flu shot I said I thought I was seeing the doctor she said you cancelled I said no I didn't the reception did I been here 2 hours her attitude is so bad she needs to see a doctor asap don't get me wrong the doctor is a good doctor but that staff STINKS.. I love Dr mulpuri she is very thorough and she makes sure that your check from head to toe very good doctor

She’s always one step ahead of me. She truly cares using pharmaceuticals as a last resort- typical doctor fist move is to push a pharmaceutical on you because they get a kickback- VERY HAPPY

If you survive the long holds on the phone and the curt responses from the office staff, you'll likely have a pleasant interaction with Dr. Mulpuri. The referral and authorization process needs a lot of work because patients are left to figure a lot of things out that the office staff should know and do without being asked.

Dr. Mulpuri is a great doctor all the way around. I can tells she really cares when she will call at night to gave me test results to ease my mind. The only problem I have is her stuff. I mean she has the worst staff and no matter who she hires they only get worst. From long hold times, to nasty attitudes to not evening know the proper office procedures. Refusing to ask the doctor questions if you have a follow-up when she clearly stated for you to call an ask. Im a new patient trying to see my doctor and the phone just rings im very sick and i have to go to urgent care in order to see a doctor shame

Dr. Mulpuri is excellent physician! She is patient and spends time with her patience's. My family and I have complex medical conditions and she really takes her time to order the right testing and exams and if a specialist is warranted she will write an order immediately. The only concern I've had is the office staff. I almost always have difficulty getting through to someone on the phone and in most cases when someone in the family becomes sick we have to urgent care. The only other concern is referral authorizations. Generally the physician is excellent, however something occurs after the order is written and the specialist never receives the insurance authorization. So I've had numerous scenarios where myself or a family member went to an appointment and the physician would refuse the appointment, which is rather frustrating. If you can tolerate the office staff and realize you will have to do a lot of the work to make sure things go smoothly for your family, Dr. Mulpuri will take care of you and your family!!! She's always taken great care of us and I've never had another primary physician as knowledgeable and caring as her! Great physician and she deserves a much better office staff! The doctor is great. Staff unconcerned about the patient. Called letting them know BP over 100. Staff tells me keep my appointment for May 3. Lol. Normally BP bottom number in the 7o range. Staff not educated or don't care. Date I called was April 20 th.
