Dr Atisha is the best!

Dr. Atisha and staff were wonderful. I love how she cares, makes me feel and how confident she was with taking care of my needs in her practice.

Very professional but friendly. 2nd doctor I've seen regarding my surgery and she treated me like a real person unlike the other doctors its getting better but they have a long way to go. The doctors don't seem to care about their patients.

Dr Atisha received diamond ratings. She s a gem and the only bright light I've experienced with my recent health issue. I can't say enough how much I respect her. You can tell she genuinely cares for you as a patient.

She's warm, caring, fun and thoughtful! Explains everything in clear detail. Offers advice but never pushes. Love her and highly recommend her!!

Dr. Atisha was extremely attentive. She came across as very confident and able to handle my complicated situation.

I saw Dr. Atisha for a breast reduction. My scars and the size of my breasts are very uneven. I have no feeling anywhere around the incisions 6+ months out. My nipples were placed on sideways which would be fine normally except I had nipple piercings and now the scars from those are in different places on each breast. Follow up care is nonexistent. I got an infection and have pustules that open up occasionally, leaving me with large open wounds that heal into even bigger scars. I have tried to contact her office more times than I can count about it and hardly ever get a response. When I do, it's lackluster and I'm left with more questions than answers. Instead of treating me for the infection, they told me they couldn't help me because it was no longer a surgical issue and left me high and dry. The only redeeming factor is that the nurses are very kind and understanding. I cannot say the same of the nurse assistant Jamie. I am extremely unhappy and regret this entire ordeal immensely.

Dr Atisha is an excellent plastic surgeon. I healed quickly from a double mastectomy and implants at the same time. Scares healed nicely. Dr. Atisha did my enblock to remove capsule and silicone implant. She did a great job.

If I knew ahead of time about my results, I would never let you operate on me. You suck! Also, who gave you the right to change the implant size and shape last minute, right before the surgery? Just because you decided that my body needs more protrusion? Also, you were very rude to me, to tell me that I should be grateful just to be alive and to survive breast cancer, meaning who cares if the breasts look messed up? When I asked questions, you did not want to answer, you called me "an impatient patient" :( Really??? You should NOT do that. You have NO right! Now I have to pay for additional plastic surgery, which was totally avoidable.

I had stage c3 breast cancer with all my nodes taken out. I was referred to her by my surgeon for a consult. After waiting 90 minutes, with two med students in there, I was standing bare chested as she basically did not answer my questioned in a professional or respectful manner. She humiliated me, she left me frightened, with no options, she was such an arrogant woman I left in tears. After chemo, extensive painful surgery, and radiation she saw me as nothing more than a waste of her time and money to collect from my insurance and co-pay. One of the most caring physician I ever encounter!!! I Originally went to go see Dr. Atisha, because they found a lump in my breast during my mammogram exam, thank God my biopsy came back negative. So I was able to move forward with Dr Atisha to do a Breast lift & Tummy Tuck, I was extremely happy with the results!!!

This doctor botched my mother’s breast cancer reconstructive surgery. A few years ago my mother put trust in Dr. Atisha to make her whole again after a double mastectomy. Incisions turned out crooked and infection brewed in one breast, leaving no choice but to remove the implant entirely. Another patient of this doctor operated on within the same span of time also became infected. My mother was on antibiotics for a year. Dr. Atisha relocated before she could fix what she had done, and no doctors after felt comfortable touching another doctors foul work. My mother was left lopsided with terrible scarring, and worried every time she went in public that people might notice. She spent the last year of her life this way, self- conscious and bound to medications to ward off the deep infection. Shortly after she completed the antibiotic treatment and began looking into finding a doctor that might be willing to help her, her cancer returned and spread. She soon died, and upon reflection, I felt responsible to ensure her story was shared so another recovering breast cancer patient would not have to endure the pain and wrongdoing my mother had to endure in what we soon learned would be the final year of her life. Had wonderful results from HALO and BBL treatment. Dr. Atisha walked me through every step and really took her time. Had a great overall experience.

I had cancer, I was overwhelmed with information, and even more overwhelmed with decisions. Dr. Atisha has been not only an outstanding surgeon but a solid advisor and partner during my breast reconstruction process. I would highly recommend Dr. Atisha. Throughout four different types of surgeries she has been nothing but outstanding. Thanks to Dr Atisha I look natural again.

When you learn at a fairly young age that you will need to undergo a double mastectomy due to aggressive breast cancer, you think you will never be "normal" again. The work by Dr. Atisha is amazing. Just amazing and her team of colleagues.

Dr. Atisha was very caring. I had a masectomy with reconstructive surgery done by another plastic surgeon and when I first came to her I was very emotional. She explained to me everything very well and told me what she thought was best for me in order for her to make my breasts look the same size. Right now they are asymmetrical. I haven't had my surgery as of yet, but she made me feel very comfortable. She also eased my nervousness.

Dr. Atisha listens attentively to the questions, fears, expectations of the patient and then explains the pros and cons to various options regarding treatment. I was completely informed, aware and confident going into surgery. There were NO surprises. I was thoroughly satisfied with the outcome of my surgery (DIEP FLAP Reconstruction). I feel completely whole after bi-lateral mastectomy and reconstruction and my life has been restored. I am eternally grateful.
