Fantastic surgeon saved my life! He is a bit abrupt, but most surgeons are. He was obsessed with making sure my care was perfect and that my condition was cured!

“I have many complex medical issues, seen many doctors. I saw Dr Pham for an extremely painful, non-healing ulcer. I am a dermatologist myself. Colleagues have tried to help me. I saw doctors in 3 different wound clinics. I had many different treatments. I saw Dr Pham about a non FDA approved treatment that was unfamiliar to many physicians. Dr Pham had used it in the past. After a year of no response to any treatment by different specialists, my ulcer finally started to heal. Three months later it is totally healed. I am very grateful for the care I got from Dr Pham and his staff. I would recommend him to anyone. His staff is very nice. His appointments are timely or even early. I was seen weekly for 3 months and he was not late once. Dr. Pham's office has been nothing but absolutely superb! My son had a serious injury close to his eye, and no one locally would touch it. We were sent to Cardon's and met Dr. Pham. My son's injury was severe and needed to be repaired immediately. Dr Pham let me know that while he was not contracted through my insurance, he would work with me as long as it took, even through insurance appeals, to make sure my son was always taken care of. It's been 5 months now and he has held up his end! Currently working with his office to take care of all costs. Thank you Dr. Pham! Dr. Pham's office has been nothing but absolutely superb! The Doctor has a policy to place patients under a financial Lien within 18 days of service. Obviously patient care is not his priority. Payment was made for 25% of service and with the intent to make payment on balance. He chose to place the Lien anyway as it is his policy, I was told. Find a doctor who cares for you and focuses on his craft rather than to add to the problems you already have. Banner Hospital in Mesa, AZ is just as responsible for assigning this doctor to a patient in an emergency situation. Hospitals should be creating healing solutions not compounding your pain and suffering. The Doctor has a policy to place patients under a financial Lien within 18 days of service. Dr. Pham saved my life. I had Necrotizing Fasciitis (flesh eating bacteria) in my abdomen after an emergency c-section. Due to Dr. Pham’s persistence, I am home with my baby! Dr. Pham conducted 7 surgeries to get rid of the bacteria and didn’t stop until it was 100% clear. He is a brilliant man who I am so grateful I crossed paths with during the scariest time of my life!

Dr pham and his office staff especially Stacey in Billing are the most heartless I've seen. They will see patients in hospital not tell them non-contracted and call hospital rooms looking for money. Oh and they will put a lien on you as fast as possible. This doctor and his office doesn't care about patient experience only filling his pockets. In a word, HORRIBLE. We never even SAW Dr. Pham, only his "Assistant"/Intern. We were very rudely spoken to by the Office Manager and lied to. The story changed three times regarding the cost of the visit the manner in which we would be reimbursed after insurance paid and the entire process in which the office follows to refund a person's credit.
