I broke my jaw. I went in there and dr. Hartshorn did a brief exam it said it would heal if I went home and kept it still I asked him to examine it again before he left and he said I would need surgery. so he almost left the room without even properly examining. when I did go in for surgery with dr. Hartshorn. after the surgery the left half of my lower lip was completely numb and I could not keep food in it without it dripping down my chin. that was almost two years ago and that part of my lip is still numb and it had not been numb before the surgery I broke my jaw. I had a rhinoplasty done May 2019 and he did such a beautiful job to my nose and made it look very natural. The healing process was very fast and I felt no pain its more like discomfort since I couldn't breathe through my nose for a week (since I had the cast on). The staff is very nice and I will definitely recommend this doctor. The nose shape did make me look younger which I am glad fore since my previous natural nose made me look 10 yrs older which I felt very weird about. I was referred by my Optometrist following an annual eye exam that included a test to determine my field of vision. The test indicated that I was not seeing the upper portion of the screen mainly due to a weak levator muscle in both eyes. He highly recommended Dr. Hartshorn as his first choice for the surgical procedure, if it was necessary. Dr. Hartshorn verified the diagnosis and explained his recommendation for repairing the levator muscle and doing a Blepharoplasty to remove some excess eyelid skin. I was pleased during and after the consultation that Dr Hartshorn was not only competent but also willing to spend as much time as it took to make sure I fully understood the procedure. I asked him to schedule the schedule the surgery and left the office confident and comfortable with the decision and looking forward to having the problem resolved. Dr. Hartshorn and his team were incredibly thorough and professional. His impressive board certified physician, Shea Chubbuck, was present during the surgery and handled the subsequent the post-op appointment where she quickly removed the stitches without any discomfort. I couldn't be more pleased with relationship from the initial appointment to the final result. The wait times were never more than 15 minutes and I like the fact that they pay great attention to the details. It was obvious that they were completely familiar with my pertinent information from start to finish. My results were optimal in that I can see much better, especially in low light conditions. And I have had numerous compliments on how much it improved my appearance, and that's not a bad thing either. I saw Dr. Hartshorn for my upper and lower eyelid surgeries, and I have to say, I love my results! Since meeting with Dr. Hartshorn and getting this procedure done, it feels like a literal weight has been lifted off my eyelids. Dr. Hartshorn is a very skillful, professional and kind man. He put my wants and needs above everything else and never rushed an appointment. I would recommend Dr. Hartshorn for anyone looking for an honest and patient doctor who does an excellent job!

My primary doctor recommended me to Dr. Hartshorn because my right eyelid was drooping over my pupil, and making it hard to see. Dr. Hartshorn recommended we lift both brows because the left was going to eventually going to do the same thing. My whole experience was wonderful! He did a great job making sure all my questions were answered, and that the work was done correctly and effectively. Dr. Hartshorn is a kind and caring doctor whom I recommend to all my friends and family. He does not disappoint!

Dr. Hartshorn is great. I have seen him a few times, and will continue to schedule with him in the future. I am always looking for a natural result, and he continues to deliver just that! Would highly recommend!

Dr. Hartshorn and his staff are very professional and caring. They make sure you are fully informed regarding your options and there is absolutely no pressure. Dr. Hartshorn's work on my aged face far exceeded my expectations.

Excellent physician, needs to incorporate much more pre and post op patient education. The lack of standardized instruction lead to some complications. There were also normal postop changes that no one told me about.

Very pleased with the work Doctor Hartshorn, and Doctor Pitcher, did for me after an accident.

The laser treatment worked great for getting rid of years of sun damage. Fast, efficient, no pressure to do anything you aren't sure about. Good about educating you through the process and about the options available.

Dr. Hartshorn is an incredible facial plastic surgeon! The things he can do with Botox alone keeps me coming back! I highly recommend Dr. Hartshorn if you are looking for the best injector of fillers and Botox around.

Dr. Hartshorn and his team at Re-genesis are outstanding. I had several procedures for my aging skin and wrinkles and the results were excellent. The Laser work helped the texture and uneven coloration from sun damage. I then had Juvederm injections which created a better-than-hoped-for result. I would recommend Dr. Hartshorn and Re-Genesis to anyone needing help with skin issues, aging or just want to treat themselves. Hi! My name is Marci and I am almost 59 years old. I have been coming to ReGenesis for about three years now. I have come to love this practice for the great work they do and I feel so much better about aging! Dr. Hartshorn has done my procedures the most recent being Kybella which has really had amazing results. Dr. Hartshorn and the staff here have been friendly, kind welcoming and incredibly competent! The world of plastic surgery was new to me. I had always taken care of others but at the age of 66 I thought its time to do something for myself and enhance the later part of my life. Following surgery to remove an aggressive skin cancer from my left facial cheek, Dr Hartshorn did reconstructive surgery to close the gaping hole in my face. It was understood that one surgery would not be sufficient to put my face back to a normal state since so much had been removed with cancer. The second surgery was done 6 months later and good symmetry was achieved. I highly recommend him & his staff and following his suggestions.

I originally met him in a professional environment and witnessed, first-hand, his caring spirit, great listening skills and impeccable bedside manner and knew that when I decided to have surgery to repair my nose, he would absolutely be the first and only surgeon I would call. As a medical professional myself, it is rare to trust yourself so fully to the practice of someone, especially on the face. I couldn't be happier with my results or the experience I had.

After a friend came to Dr. hartshorn and gave great reviews I got my nerve up to see him. I came in just expecting to get my nose fixed so that I would be able to breathe, but he was able to fix areas of my nose that I didn't like. I have a nodule on my thyroid, had a biopsy done, results were very confusing. It is not completely 100% benign but would like it removed. Also was advised by other physician to have it removed. After this physicians office, I met with a PA and not once got to meet or speak to the surgeon. Instead he informed the PA to let me know that he would not do the surgery! He didn't have the common courtesy to peek his head in the door or explain my option's.

I have and will tell everyone who needs a fantastic ENT/Reconstruction Specialist any time I have the chance. He has taken care of my difficult situation like it was nothing. He had serious sinus and head reconstruction surgeries with confidence and skill, and I am lucky to have a fantastic physician/surgeon like Dr. Hartshorn.

Over the past ten years, I have found the Doctors and staff of Colorado W Otolaryngologists to be courteous and able to treat me with good results. I recommend them.
