Dr. Brooks is very informative and friendly ( not creepy) but he knows his stuff. All of the ladies in his office are very helpful and willing to spend as much time as needed for you to get the frames you really like

Took the whole entire family here for everyone’s eye exam. They were very nice and helpful people. Dr brook is great at what he does to help us with our vision! Thank you guys keep it up! We will be back

Dr. Brooks as well as all of his staff are the best.

Why does it say they close @ 5:30 online but it say 5:00 on there door ... I drove to Mt Shasta to pick up my glasses and i got there at 4:55 and they were already closed up and leaving it wasnt even 5:00 yet it piss me off I waisted about $20 in gas to go over there basically for nothing

Dr. Brooks, gives a very complete examination and explains in detail your examination about your eyes. Very happy with my appointment here.

I ordered glasses from here a month ago and still haven't received them!!..I will never go here again horrible customer service!!!

The doctor didn't respect my need for my disability when I asked him 3 times to write down what he just told me, and he just refuse and gave me harder time to try read his lips. I only understood 10% of what he said. The front desk and assistant were very respectful and helpful and wrote down everything they said. The doctor wanted to keep up the communication barrier. This is an act of discrimination. Couldn't get object out of eye so he gave me eye drops and didn't charge me for anything.
