I had braces with Dr Doug and so did my son. Great service--great people. As far as insurance, honey--you need to check yourself. This is NOT the DR's fault . Personal accountability. To give him one star is unfair because of something you failed to do.

Make sure you ask if they take your insurance before they do anything. They didn’t tell us until after they did my sons diagnostics that our insurance was out of network. It was a $500 difference out of our pocket. We were told “it’s only $500 and we have a payment plan”. We decided not to use them because they didn’t check insurance. To walk away we had to pay almost $400 for diagnostics, which are unusable anywhere else.

My boys are currently seeing Dr. Doug for treatment on their teeth and I'm very happy with the experience that they have currently had with them. From walking in, and seeing the smile on the lady who is at the front desk, it is always a warm welcome; to the games and other entertainment for the other boy while one is been seen they're always eager to go there. I feel like family when I go there and my kids get treated with such respect. I would recommend this place to all my friends who are in search of someone for their orthodontic needs! I love what Dr. Doug is doing with my smile. I have a busy schedule with 4 children and work full time. My monthly appointments at their office are very accommodating. I recommended this office to everyone! I love what he has done for me and all the ladies in his office are so nice and welcoming.
