The NP who I worked with made a mistake on a sample she was sending to the lab. When I came back to give another sample I requested they redo another procedure that was quite expensive that did not work on my first visit. They refused and told me I needed to pay another office visit. NP & nurse - not friendly Front desk - not friendly and generally unhelpful Billing - wonderful, even though I did not get the refund I would have liked Nurse management - very professional Lab - gave me more information than my NP or nurse would provide. Very helpful Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very professional & helpful, but my in-person experience was very cold and unhelpful. Going here makes me feel they are just in it for the money & not helping people. It's unfortunate because there are good people working there, I've just not met them in person.

Dr. Thomas is hands down the best dermatologist I have ever encountered. My son Daniel had a skin condition that no one was able to diagnose, however, Dr. Thomas simply asked him a few questions, wrote him a prescription and he was fine within 2-3 days. Thank You!

The front desk receptionist (I believe her name is Crews) has terrible customer service skills! She was extremely rude to my husband as well as myself! Will not be returning ever again because of her!

Even before I completed filling out forms, I was called in right on time. Dr. Timothy Cragun was fantastic. Even with biopsy I was out in less than 45 minutes. Very pleasantly surprised. Visits have been so, so; sometimes a 20 minute wait, sometimes on time. Cancelling a visit is horrible. Five voice messages, since no one answers, and one attempted email to cancel it but it got bounced given they don't accept them! NO one has yet to confirm my cancellation! And, they sent email saying if you don't cancel prior to 24 hr period they will bill you. HELLO........ professionalism on their part suggests they confirm that I did indeed cancel, per my several voice mails, yet no one confirmed it! To me it is cancelled per all my voice mails and one email attempt to cancel, yet no confirmation whatsoever!! Don't now try to bill me!!!! Cancelled well within your 24 hr window per voice mails and now this email as last resort!!!!!! CFMurphy

This is the best dermatologist I've ever been treated by. I had an issue that many doctors and dermatologists were unable to treat because they said I couldn't afford the medication. Being treated by him was well worth the wait because my issue has been under control for 20 years now!!!

Front office is very unprofessional. Did not even get to see the doctor because they are too lazy to learn how a referral system works. My referral was sent in and confirmed by my primary and my insurance. Wasted a day off of work for this. I asked them if they could check with my referring physician because I have the confirmation... they blew me off.. never will come back or recommend this place to anyone. Dishonest business practices. The office staff is horrible. Do not go here. Did not refund my family member's credit (yet) after two years. They are refusing to write a check because it is their office policy. The billing lady was lying saying they did not have our address to send the refund, when they sent a bill. There was one honest lady in the front desk told us about the credit, but she was not able to give us the details. The billing department was so desperate that they sent us the bill, not knowing we know about the credit. Once pointed out they gave us any reason to avoid paying us back. They are the best! Dr. Lieberman is very nice! He even took time to figure out the skin condition of my son. we felt relieved after the the treatment. Highly recommended if you are looking for a pediatric dermatologist here in Las Vegas.

Terrible front office experience. Billing is in disarray; they have no idea how to bill insurance properly. Appointments are basically impossible unless months out. Slow response from nursing staff. Just a complete mill.

The wait time is completely unacceptable, the service and care is nonexistent, and billing is incompetent. They sent my bill to collections after I had already paid. When I called them and asked why they said that they made a mistake but are unwilling to help and that I should reach out to collections on my own because their system "automatically" sends bills to collections. I fail to understand why it is my fault and a task I should be burdened with when I paid on time and had no issues.
