to refuse a patient without sharing my social security number over the phone. It’s a first doctor in my history who refuses me without sharing my SSN. You don’t share your SSN with some strangers who can still or loose or sell your SSN. Last four I get it but full number. It’s so bad. By the way I couldn’t even write everything I thing about their policy as this system doesn’t let me write so.

I was nervous about my consultation appointment. I was immediately put at ease by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Stevens was wonderful. He answered all of my questions and explained all procedures. I actually can't wait until my next appointment!

Catherine is so nice. Listens to you and makes your face beautiful.

I had my first appointment w/ Dr. Stevens this past Monday. The staff was very friendly and courteous from beginning to end. I had my initial consult with Dr. Stevens nurse where she took pictures and asked what I came in for and my problem areas. I was there for Versa to treat my nasolabial folds (smile lines). I mentioned my eyelids starting to droop and wrinkle. The nurse suggested a little Botox above the corner of my eyebrows for this. Next I meet with Dr. Stevens who reviewed the pictures and gave me easy to understand input and suggestions. He agreed that Versa would be beneficial for me. He also thought I would be happy with a tiny bit of Botox to help raise my eyes a bit to help with my eyelids. He was extremely friendly and not judgmental in the least! I then was taken to the exam room where they gave me some numbing cream for the Versa. Dr. Stevens came in, iced the nasolabial folds a bit before injecting and they even use a little massager under your chin to distract you from the SLIGHT pinch of the needle. The results were INSTANTANEOUS and I was ecstatic! I had a TINY bit of bruising for a day or two at one injection site but nothing noticeable. I can't believe what a difference the treatments made without being too drastic or "fake" looking. I LOVE the results. I will definitely be returning to the office and recommend to all. Been going to Dr Stevens for several years. Everyone in the office is great and his products and services are amazing.

I am 52 and had 5 Bellafill (vials) injections last summer. Dr. Stevens was so wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and professional and made he me feel very comfortable. I'm so happy with the results. Dr Steven's is a great ENT and surgeon. He performed a septoplasty and turbenoplasty on me and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr Steven's is very honest and doesn't just push for the most expensive procedure but instead tells you his honest opinion and what he believes will be the solution. I highly recommend Dr Steven's!

I went to see Dr. Steven’s for the Belafill filler. He sat with me, took his time and was very personable. I have been to other places where they don’t even give you the time of day. I think Dr. Stevens is kind, sensitive and very, very good at what he does. He had to be very creative to fix an issue on my face with a skin graft due to melanoma. He is a good listener and he explains what he is doing and why.

A few years back someone hit a nerve on my face while injecting my marionette lines. Unfortunately for me my mouth drooped afterwards. Nobody could fix it. That is, until I found this doctor. He was kind and did an amazing job. I was incredibly pleased. Staff is exceptional there.

My husband went there for rhinoplasty surgery and for a deviated septum and not only did he not do a good job fixing his nose he DID NOT fix the deviated septum. To this day he still can't breathe correctly. They did a terrible follow up and said they would take him back in and fix his nose but we would have to pay all over again out of pocket. Extremely disappointed in both the rhinoplasty and the fact that he left the septum deviated but tried to claim he fixed it. Not a good experience, Dr. Stevens had me come back multiple times that weren't necesssry. Didn't explain things, I had to ask a lot of questions to get answers that he or at least his stsff should have told me. He spent about 1 min. to remove a very tiny bit of ear wax that was not impacted or causing any problem and charged a ridiculous amount of money to do so. Dr. Stevens is an excellent doctor! He does not do unnecessary procedures just to make $$, he listens, takes time to determine what is needed and is an excellent surgeon! I have gone to him for several procedures, most recently a major sinus surgery which has made the quality of my life so much better now that I can actually breathe! He genuinely cares for his patients and is kind to his staff (that means alot!) If I could give more than five stars I would!!

I have had the honor and privilege of being a facial cosmetic patient of Dr. Stevens for at least five years. Dr. Stevens is extremely kind, does not try to talk me into unnecessary procedures/surgery, stands behind whatever procedures he has done for me, and is very generous with his time. Made appoinment with this "specialist" office back about 6 months ago or so. When i tilt head back slightly ears close (same kinda feel as when high altitude on an airplane) and if you press around the ear there was a strange sound somewhat like pressing the cone of a speaker but when I tilt head back upright it went away, so it seemed caused by fluid moving back/forth to me. This guy Stevens barely spent any time looking at my ears and said Im fine and let me go and his staff overcharged me. I spoke to my insurance to make sure I was correct and I was. I called this office and they said would get back to me about 3-4 times. They also told me few times when I called that the person to handle the overcharge just happen not to be in each time. It took months and months to get my refund but funny they want their payment the same day when at the office. Today I went to a regular family MD and he spent time looking, asking questions and time to listen to my symptoms and questions. Within 10 minutes he said it seems I have an infection causing fluid in the ears and wrote me a script. Hopefully this works but if not, I still feel this 2nd doctor atleast took the time and seemed very interested in his patients issue. Got there on last week for the Ear problem, service is good but the doctor did is terrible, he just look the ear for couple minutes and said go check this doctor he got good job for this. And then just let me go back contact this doctor to make appointment. Only spend like 10-15 minuets and also take my copay like 15-20 dollar....with didn’t solve anything just look the ear with magnifier and tell you contact the other doctor.
