I've been his patient for 35 years and he's always been personable, professional and thorough in his Diagonistics.

Dr Roberts and his staff are very professional. I've always had the best of care. Never had to wait in the waiting room very long either. I'm very glad he's my Doctor. :D

3 hours for a basic work physical. They repeatedly asked me "why does this company need all this ughhh?" Grunts and mouns the entire time. Took my hearing test and of course they did it wrong! Waited another 30 min for another girl to give the test. Ok so they ask do you need to be checked for a hurnia? I DONT KNOW! Read the paper work that the employer sent you and do what your paid to do! After she hands me the packet and says your finished I look down and it says please fax asap, I ask did you fax this? Again ugh why? I said because it says to fax...I guess I can fax! The next day I get a phone call... umm hi Ben, can you come back I forgot to write down your blood pressure and we forgot a TEST! I do not recommend this doctor to anybody! He wanted me to take a cholesterol medication, when I do not have high cholesterol, proven by blood work through a hematologist! My spouse went to see him for sleep medications, in which he didn't even remotely listen to what she was saying, as far as what she has taken in the past that actually works! Instead gives her a "sample pack" of a medication that is new to the market, that literally has worse side effects than anything else she has taken before. He's worse than any other doctor than I have ever seen. That includes the VA!!! I do not recommend this doctor to anybody! Excelent service. Nurse responds prudently and Doctor is genuinely concerned. The people attempting to rate at a 1 star are clearly getting advice from Google. By the sound of it, they already diagnosed themselves before going to see Dr. Roberts.
