PELLAR 01/17/2023 SURGERY. 2020 THE POLICE OFFICERS ASSAULTS TO MY FACE & NECK HINDERED ME WITH FOLLOWING. 3 YEARS I COULD NO LONGER SMELL & TASTE FOOD. MY RIGHT EYE & LEFT EYE WERE NO LONGER ALIGNED. (BIG PROBLEM). I AM DIAGNOSED WITH DYSPNEA WITHOUT ALL OF THESE HUMAN FACE CONDUCTORS NATURALLY RUNNING THEIR COURSE. Front office staff here is so rude, I have been hung up on multiple times. It seems like they hate thier job and have no compassion for thier clients.

Front desk staff is incredibly rude. They talk about their personal lives for everyone in the waiting room to hear as well. I got an earful of how one of the MAs feels about her son having autism & ADHD. On top of that, I had a diagnostic test scheduled on my first visit. When the office called yesterday to confirm, the person I spoke to had no idea what I was having done. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 pm, but in the reminder call, they said it was at 2:30 pm. She also INSISTED it was “just a hearing test.” Well, it’s a not a hearing test. It’s a diagnostic test for balance. My biggest concern was if I’d needed a ride because I have extreme balance, coordination, dizziness, and nausea problems. I wear leg braces so I can walk or I use a walker. I’m not being picky, this is a serious issue for me. I also have a condition that causes dysfunction of my automatic nervous system so anything that makes me dizzy also effects my heart rate and causes syncope. I was told that I didn’t need a ride, because it was a simple hearing test. When I found the paperwork for the procedure, it states it will assess balance, but says nothing about transportation. I always do my own research before anything I have medically done, and everything I read suggested having a ride, especially if you’re prone to dizziness. I was told I’d still need to pay $50 to reschedule, because I had the paperwork so “I didn’t have the wrong information,” despite verbally getting the wrong information from an actual human being in their office. It’s a shame because I thought Dr. Peller and the audiologist were fantastic. As a disabled person with multiple chronic illnesses, I see countless doctors and specialists. It’s been years since I encountered anything like this. I’m truly very afraid of dizziness, nausea, and falls. I've been there several times not only for myself nut for a gentlemen I take care of.Everybody is very nice and professional.I can't see going anywhere else.

His "girls" who run front Office need lesson in custome service. Also, please, maybe some compassion as well. Rude and highly stuck up, she needs to be let go, the short fake blonde, biotch needs to go home for good.

Dr. Peller is really a good Doctor he performed two surgeries. Two surgeries went well so I want to recommend him for everyone. Thank you Doctor. Padma!

I made Dr. Peller aware of the fact that he prescribed me a medication that isn't mean to be mixed with a medication I was already on, a medication which I told him about, and he simply brushed it off with no apology. He also rushes through appointments and doesn't truly seem to listen to my concerns.

I called today around 12:50 pm to ask if they had any appointments available because I have an awful ear ache and the receptionist tells me they can’t see me until sometime next week. It's a pleasure being there, Dr. Peller is an amazing doctor, the staff is incredible.

I have attended my husband's appointments with Dr. Pellerand would like to say how impressed I am with him and his staff. Dr. Peller is compassionate and thorough with his patients. It is obvious how much he cares for his patients through his LISTENING. I recommend him to everyone who is in need of an e.n.t doctor!!!!

I definitely felt rushed in my appointments and felt I had to be on my A game with my questions or there wouldn't be time to get them answered. I also was frustrated by a hefty bill I was sent for an "in-office procedure". The cost/fact that what he was doing was even a procedure wasn't explained or discussed with me. I tried calling their office and billing department to get it sorted out but no resolution was ever come to.

I called to ask a question and the front desk lady Pam was RUDE!! I brushed it off and asked another question PAM’S Attitude got in the way of me making an appointment with the DR.

Front desk staff is super rude! Not welcoming nor are they friendly over the phone.

Dr Peller practices predatory surprise billing. Popped into the room in a covered inpatient stay and saw me, even though he did not accept my insurance. He is now billing $1208.00 for being in my hospital room for less than 15 minutes.

I went to Dr Peller for chronic sinus infection, can't blow my nose and deviated septum. He recommended surgery right away. I've been getting sinus infections for years and my deviated septum has been off since for about 20 years. The two major issues I needed fixed are the infections and the inability to blow my nose. Neither got fixed!! I've been back to his office for several visits and STILL no fix. Meanwhile my bill is just being ran up beyond belief. Less my insurance and I'm still well over 1000.00 out of pocket for NO FIX!! I've never been so upset and frustrated with a doctor's inability to listen to my problems and fix only what he wanted to fix. I'm assuming the easy part. Not to mention being late by more than 2 hours to my surgery day also. I was scheduled for an early morning surgery and didn't even get in until after 2 o'clock in the afternoon! All the staff said he was late coming in and is always late coming in on his surgery days. That's sooo unprofessional and ridiculous! Waiting to be put under and cut into is stressful enough without a doctor who doesn't even care enough to show up on time! Dr Peller is a crook! He's only in it for the money and takes the easiest way to do his job. I've had 5 other nasal surgeries and only one other doctor was like Dr Peller. It is certainly easy to tell who is really interested in helping you or who's just in it for the money.... Dr. Douglas Peller is an awesome ENT doctor! He is very compassionate and his staff is very nice!!

Dr. Peller is amazing and kind. He's so easy to talk with and explains everything in detail. He took great care of my son when he was 8 and not he's 23 & back to see his best doc for his ears!

Horrible customer service. 12-30-19 at about 10:15 AM. I received a no show bill from Dr. Pellers Office. When I called to ask what appointment I missed and if I need to make another appointment. I found myself talking to Pam, one of the rudest customer service people I have ever spoke to. I called his office many times trying to figure out exactly what appointment I missed. Each time spoke to Pam who explained she’ll have Renee call me back. Three weeks later I still have not received a single call back from Dr. Peller‘s office. So on 12-30-19 I called speaking to Pam again. She was even more unpleasant and continuously trying to brush me off, I asked to speak directly to the doctor which she explained he would have no knowledge of the situation. After again being told by Pam that Renee will call me back I said thank you and she without saying a word, hung up the phone on me!!! Our family has used Dr Peller since 2003 I started out with sinus and balance problems. He did both of our kids tonsils and adenoids . I have referred several of my adult friends to him as well as friends taking their kids to him. Dr Peller is a very intelligent , patient , thorough physician. Our family uses him for anything he can do. EXCELLENT DR.

This Dr is a joke!! He only cares about money. Out of pocket I got to over 2000.00 and he never fixed me. Not even close AND he doesn't care. I saw another ENT in Centennial and ONE VISIT, I was fixed!! I had chronic sinus infection and Dr Peller had no clue what it was or how to fix it. Ridiculous so called Dr. AND to keep scheduling appointments without knowing what he's doing or how to fix me. What ethical and morals? He has NONE!! Oh and his offices are disgustingly filthy! Last, he did surgery on my nose and was late by over 2 hours to the surgery center! Several people waited to have their surgery done while he strolled in whenever he felt like it. Even the surgery center said he is always late and they didn't like working with him because of how he treats his patients.

watch your billing he has draconian way of riping people off, i understand that all medical billing is a rip off in a way, but he will charge you intrest and rip you like emergency room

Let me start by stating that I really like Dr. Peller and the other nurses and receptionists I've had the pleasure of meeting. However, If you schedule an appointment, you better clear your day. Every appointment I've had (including my surgery), was over 30 minutes late. Very nice man big being billed for no reason. I had an appointment and about 4 days before cancelled because insurance wasn't covering as much that they said. I was told it was canceled and I get a bill from them and the hospital. Its frustrating ????

This is now the second time I've had problems with the receptionist. I got here 0 minutes early for my appointment. Waiting more than hour after my schedule appointment. The receptionist told me, some things got mixed up. The time before this, I had the receptionist argue with me telling me she called me and my prescription had been ready the day before. It was not ready. Then I asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor says to me, she overheard the conversation and the receptionist told what was going on. Dr. Peller is efficient, kind, straight forward and professional. He gets things done in a timely manner and has genuine care for his patients. There should be more doctors in the world like him. It takes FOREVER for him to come into see you. You spend more time waiting than actually talking to him. He was even late to my surgery. I'm now having to have a second surgery by a different ENT because he didn't fix all of the problem the first time. I'm sooo upset which I'm sure he doesn't care about.

The Dr seems okay but its always hurry up and wait . very annoying to be waiting 45 - an hour each time.

I had a mucus accumulation which grew larger and larger.Then I would sniff and blow in order to loosen this rock hard mucus.I was concerned over the fact that it might break loose while I was sniffing and go into my lungs.So, Dr. Peller used a scope to examine my sinuses.He stated there was nothing out of the ordinary,I did not believe him,I could feel it moving!The very next day,I was able to dislodge it.It was the biggest(2"x 1/2")&stuck in my left nostril,I removed it with needle-nose pliers.

He did a great job on my nose after I broke it . He is gentle and explains things very well so that patient is aware of all that's going on.

Knows how to clean out ears. Is gentle when doing it. Has cauterized my nose, and I have followed his instructions to the letter.

Last year on November 8th my daughter was involved in a pretty horrific car accident. She was ejected out of the car she was in and thrown about 50 yards. Dr. Peller did what he did and he did a fantastic job. She cracked her chin and the scaring on her chin is minimum. When we went to get her stitches taken out ER doctor said it was the best work seen in 30 yrs. Thank you so much Dr. Peller!!

Very disappointed - ordered tests and additional appointments but never fixed the problem I was seen for. Several hundred dollars later, I am in no better shape than prior to going to Dr. Peller.

I went to this facility about three times when I was in high school for an ear infection. Being in high school I was on my mother's insurance. For the third visit they apparently attempted to bill me, even though I was a dependent on my mom's insurance. My mother nor I received a bill or a phone call, ever. The only reason I am aware of this balance is because I checked my credit report and they sent the bill to collections. Spoke with the collection agency today and they show that all bills from the Dr and from the collection agency were returned to them. Not ONCE did Dr. Peller's office attempt to call me or my mother (who has had the same address and phone number for 13+ years which they obviously have on file). So now I will be paying the initial bill, plus interest through the collection agency on a bill that shouldn't have been billed to me in the first place. You'd think being a patient with multiple visits they would at least attempt to make a phone call when the bills were being returned to them. Dr. Peller is one of the best in his field - hence there can be a wait - he takes the time to make sure all of his patients receive the care that is needed. Dr. Peller operated on me and I have to say I waited far too long to have the sinuses repaired. Having had facial reconstruction 12 years prior to repair massive injuries and reconstruct my face, I was very hesitant about getting any further work done. Dr. Peller dispelled my fears and performed the surgery as an outpatient - I can now breathe out of both nostrils thanks to Dr. Peller. UNPROFESSIONAL: After waiting for an hour past my appointment, I inquired as to how much longer it would be before I would be seen. I was told that Dr. Pellar had two more patients to see and then I would be next. When I asked what the additional anticipated wait time was, I was reluctantly told at least 30 more minutes. Neither receptionist present apologized for the delay. Neither receptionist bothered to inform the many waiting patients that the Dr. was significantly behind schedule. I can only assume that the same oversight exists in the rest of his practice. A 90 minute wait is ridiculous.
