Finally found out what’s been the cause of my sinus pain, headaches, and multiple sinus infections. Professional, personable, and know their stuff! Glad I chose to make an appointment through these guys!

Spectacular physician, spectacular care!

On time appointment,great chair side manner, he explained things thoroughly and did not rush the appointment!

Let’s just say my life would be a whole lot different if it were not for Dr.Kubek and his Amazing Staff!!???? I’m forever grateful!

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with Dr. Kubek, my appointment didn’t last too long and I was told that I had a deviated septum but that it wasn’t too bad and that I didn’t have any other problems. However, my symptoms returned and after going to my regular physician I was told that I have a large deviated septum, deformity fractures along my orbital wall and a solid mass. Not sure how any of that was missed but it was. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Kubek listens and offers good advice to feel better.

So many friends told me how good dr Douglas kubek is.until he seen my child , I realize he is very professional , knowledgeable and heartwarming . Everyone in the office are so friendly and helpful too. The best ent in united states

I chose Dr Kubek because of the numerous high ratings and patient accolades. I was not disappointed. He was kind, patient, listened intently, spent time explaining his findings and options. He was very gentle with his examination. I would most certainly give him 5 + stars.

Dr. Kubek is very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him. My only complaint is that the office nearly always runs behind. Yesterday my appointment was at 10:30 and I didn’t actually see him until 11:25.

Dr Kubek and the whole office staff at Lakeshore were kind, patient, timely and polite. I couldn't have asked for a better office visit experience. Possibly the one thing that could've been improved- the duplication of information needing to be provided from the online check in information and the in office paper form. I had a good experience seeing Dr. Kubek. He was patient, kind, and answered all my questions and prescribed something that I hope will help me with my issue.

Dr Kubek is a great and personable ENT. He is very through and explains things in a way you can understand. The office staff is great as well. I like that they have 2 locations.

Dr. Kubek is extremely kind and I had full confidence in him when I was under his care. He listened to my concerns took my pregnancy into consideration when prescribing me medication. Gentle, and talked me through the pain that I had when he aspirated my infection. Also would love to add that Anke was very sweet and informative, help clean me up after the drainage . Friendly staff, and Dr. Kubek is a great physician, he is very knowledgeable, he does a great job at coordinating my care to address medical issues and listens to my needs.

Dr. Kubek is amazing and very professional. I just had a Septoplasty to fix my deviated septum, turbine reduction and now I can finally breath from both nostrils. I also had a Rhinoplasty and Dr. Kubek delivered with great results! He is excellent and a caring Doctor!

Saw Dr Kubek yesterday regarding sinus issues. Best doctor visit ever! Very thorough when explaining the CT scan of my sinuses. Anyone who needs an ENT this is the doctor to go to!

I had a tonsillectomy done years ago by Dr. Kubek. I was over 40. He did a wonderful job! And after care was excellent. I would highly recommend him for all of you ENT needs.

Dr Kubek is amazing. He took my lipoma off my neck and did a terrific job. My son sees him too and loves him!

I was pleased with my recent visit and the medications that were administered. Dr. KUBEK was thorough and listened to my complaint. He had another doctor (intern) working with him that spoke to me first. All in all I feel better soon. Now I must arrange for a Cat Scan. Thus far, 5 stars!!! ☺☺☺

Dr. Kubek has been planning my surgery to correct breathing problems and nasal deformity resulting from an injury. He has been extremely empathetic toward me and my situation, and willing to work with me in every way possible to help me. I really like this place, the staff was very friendly and patient with me, Dr. Kubek was great I really like him, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I did have to wait a long time for a early morning appointment, once I got home I realized it was worth it, very pleased with everything and everyone.

I saw Dr Kubek for my sinuses. After 2 other ENT doctors operated on me, Dr Kubek finally corrected my problem with a minor procedure. It is so nice to feel healthy again. Thanks Dr Kubek

Dr. Kubek is a great Ear Nose Throat doctor! He is personable, informative and communicates in easy to understand language. He provides options and seems to be interested in the patient's health. He performed surgery on my sinuses. It went exactly as he said, including recovery time. He made every effort to ensure minimal discomfort. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT.

Dr. Kubek is a caring professional who listened to my sinus issues. Discomfort after surgery was minimal, and recovery was fast. I highly recommend Dr. Kubek.

Suffered from snoring and sleep apnea most of my adult life. Was truly embarrassed to sleep in hotels with friends and family during trips because of the sound. After seeing Dr. Kubek I no longer snore and I am able to breath much clearer. Very helpful and couldn't be happier with results.

He exceeded my expectations. There was minimal discomfort post surgery. Very please with my overall experience .

I have had a sinus infection for 3 years. After Dr Kubek figured out the problem, I had surgery. The results are better than I expected. There were no black eyes or packing with very little discomfort. I have never felt better.

appointment to see him or any other doctor in the group is a wait of 2 months by then the hearing in my ear was gone so they really are NOT helpful at all after the loss of hearing I again was referred to them for a hearing aid AND WAIT TIME WAS AGAIN 2 MONTHS hearing aid- from another doctor- didn't work because hearing loss was too great entered the rest of survey so my comments could get thru
