I could not get a visit since this particular dr is not accepting new patients. Even though the insurance he is participating with and the hospital he is associated with do not state so. So I am wondering if they know. So if you are looking foe a new dr don’t bother reading the reviews they don’t matter now.

Dr Douglas Kimmel, is the best in his field. I can't imagine going to any other Doctor. I moved away and now I drive 2 hours to see him, it's worth the drive. He is knowledgeable and compassionate. There is not enough stars to give him.

Dr Doug is very up front, honest to the point that you know he cares about you & your health, very comfortable & friendly to talk to & overall a loving man..

I'm going to double up on the 5 stars and give him 10! First, the wait time is approx under 10 minutes. Excellent personality and comical! He's comfortable to talk to, honest, straightforward. One of the very few that ACTUALLY takes his time with you to make sure you completely understand any diagnosis/valuable information that he gives. That's the reason he's been my PCP for over 10 years. Absolutely love him! Thanks Dr. Kimmel.

Dr Kimmel is extremely patient Doctor explaining information in a way a lay person understands. Has a easy way of speaking which makes you feel at ease.

Dr. Kimmel continually provides personal caring attention to all of my medical needs. Along with his staff at Holy Redeemer and Someron Medical in the past, everyone expresses concern and seem eager to always help with my various issues.

Wanted to commend Dr Doug and his staff for going above and beyond ALWAYS for my family's health care, but especially during the recent illness of my son who is a college student. Due to his class schedule and co-op he really wasn't paying much attention to his symptoms and as it turned out he had both strep, and mononucleosis. Dr Kimmel and his staff fit my son in as an emergency and between labs, office visits, and many phone conversations, managed to get things under control. Thank you Dr K

Dr. Kimmel is an outstanding physician. I have complete trust in him and his staff. I have been a patient for many years and he has gotten to know me as a person and then as a patient. Which to me is very important so he knows how to deal with me. Last year I got a cancer diagnosis and thanks to Dr. Kimmel, I was quickly pushed through to get all the testing done, all he made sure I got in to see all the doctors that were right for me. He saved my life. I couldn't be more thankful for him.

Dr Kimmel, been my family doctor since before I was born. He is truly family, My mother lives in Connecticut and she still drives all the way to PA to go to Dr. Kimmel. He is an amazing doctor
