I squeezed in on a same day appointment and expected to have to wait to be seen but I didn’t. The staff was extremely quick and efficient. During cold and flu season it’s so nice to be taken care of quickly.

Dr Kasteler has been out family GP for years. He is always so pleasant thorough. He listens and and genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr. Kasteler has always been very conscientious in caring for our family. He recently ordered a test for me to have at the hospital. Within hours after the test, he personally called me back to give the results. He took time to explain the results and patiently answered all of my questions. He has a very good bedside manner as well as being very knowledgeable. We really appreciate his thorough care for us.

We love our doctor, Dr. Doug Kasteler. We have been with him for almost 30 years and have followed him everywhere. Cope Family Medicine under Ogden Clinic is setup very nicely. The online portal is very user friendly and it is great to be able to look at current and historical medical data as it is populated. The ability to also check-in for an appointment via a mobile phone is an extra added bonus and adds great value to your services. The receptionists are excellent and very attentive to detail. The nursing and assistant staff back in the office are quick, attentive, they listen well, and are very courteous. The office as a whole conveys the "coveted" good bedside manner that every patient deserves. Kudos to Cope Family Medicine. I would advertise you all day as one of the best clinics my family has been to over the past 30 years.

Dr Kasteler took care of my mother for over 15 years and until she was 93 and went into hospice care. He was always kind and patient with her and I feel always gave us appropriate advice until the very end. I have just recently decided to have him be my doctor as well switching from my long time doctor who has retired.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Kasteler with our 7 children since 2007. Last year we moved to Wyoming. Where do we go for a trusted, quick and knowledgeable doctor who will always get you in in an emergency and make you feel like you’re his only patient? Yep…. We STILL travel to Dr. Kasteler! He’s great with our medical complex kid and paperwork for FMLA for my husband for work. With Dr. Kasteler your family!

The girls at the front desk were a little abrupt but they were extremely busy. I did get taken back to get my shot fairly rapidly which I appreciated. The MA that actually administered the vaccine was nice but extremely rough. She jabbed the needle in so hard that I jerked and actually said, "Ow" out loud. Her comment to me was, Oh, sometimes we hit a nerve." I currently have a bruise there. This was my 4th COVID vaccine and I have never had another one or any other vaccine hurt like that. Love taking my kids to Dr kasteler. He's great and listens to them.

I am always treated with respect and professionalism. Front desk checks you in quickly and if they don’t know the answer about insurance, etc. they will find out. I wish Dr. Kasteler wasn’t so busy but he always listens.

Very attentive, friendly and caring!

I really like Dr. Kasteler, he listens to me and sees to my medical needs in a professional and caring manner.

I will never have another pcp doc again!! I have had him as my pcp since I was 5 yr old! He is the best out there!

The process for medical care was quite unexpected and totally better than at other clinics. I went in with a situation that required immediate help. I expected to be treated by whomever was available in an instacare type visit since I didn’t have an appointment. The “walk-in” procedure is to be treated by my primary care physician if at all possible; if not, treated by whomever is available. The whole experience reflected an attitude of “let’s do whatever is best for the patient as expeditiously as possible rather than what’s easiest and cheapest for us.” I’m sure those are Dr. Kasteler’s guiding principles as well and why he’s the perfect physician for me, as he has been for many years. Dr. Kasteler has been my PCP for many years and provides very professional services. The best thing is his sincerity and sensitivity for the patient's needs and feelings. You are not treated like just another patient but a real person. He gets to know you and your family.

Dr. Kasteler has been out doctor since I was pregnant with my first child. Being pregnant and unsure of the process. He always gave me reassurance and there was never a time where I couldn’t call him and ask him questions. My kids love going to see him, he makes all of his patients feel like family. Dr kasteler is the best dr I have ever had. He truly cares and let’s your voice be heard. He fully supported my birth plans for 2 pregnancies and helped me achieve the birth I wanted. He has provided wonderful care for my entire family. We make a long drive to see him after we moved but he is worth it.
