Does anyone know where our recordes are?

Best doctor you could ever have! He cares about patients, not insurance companies or pharmaceutical companies; just a quality guy and very smart, yet he explains things most of us can understand! I could not speak more highly, if you needed one doctor for anything, you would be wise to choose him!

Very kind and caring Doctor and Staff. They saved my life and offer services that no other Doctor I have seen in the past did. Highly recommended!

Upon requesting a referral to a DO, my PCP referred me to Dr. Jorgensen, at New England Sport & Spine. I can see why... Dr. Jorgensen and Dr. Brown have similar 'Doctor best practices' such as: listening to patient, and describing in (non MD language) but in more simple terms, what the situation is with a particular scenario. I liked that he and his PA seemed to be in sync; because if I were to decide to follow-through with Dr. Jorgensen's suggested resolve to my problem, at that location, I knew that I could then trust what the PA would be telling me in post-procedure communications. However, the two front-line Reps. at Manchester Osteopathic are boldly rude, curt, and seemed to be really comfortable there, in that bizarre status. (They do have a 3rd person in that front office; she is located in the back, and seems to just talk on the phone - with very good customer service skills, I would like to add.)
