I'm a retired soldier with TRICARE. Because of privacy issue, GOV has assigned Benefits Number instead of SSN, yet a receptionist keeps asking for my SSN, after repeatedly (four times) telling her that I will not share my SSN. BENEFITS NUMBER is all that's require for me to share with any medical professionals!!! An initial receptionist, Jasmine, was quite friendly but the next person (name I do not recall) was quite unpleasant - She made it sounds like she was doing a favor by making an appointment for me. Dr. Jeske is professional and friendly, his office is beautiful, and he did a great job of evaluating my eyes and prescribing a contact lens for me. I only wanted one contact for reading, and he did not try to push me into buying two contacts. No pressure! He also gave me good advice about dry. Very satisfied, highly recommend!

Very thorough...very knowledgeable...great staff !!!

Not loyal to 25 year patients, who have paid out of pocket for all those years. I changed insurance and was immediately dropped. Always paid before leaving office. Would not recommend.

He is very heavy handed, scolded me for getting a second opinion, I would never recommend him to anyone, in fact I would recommend going somewhere else.
