I highly recommend the NeuroSpine Center of Wisconsin! They are busy because they are SO GOOD. I personally had outstanding service from all staff members and had no issues scheduling! I began seeing Dr. Douglas Hendricks for cervical issues in early 2018. I had spinal cortisone injections in 2018, 2019, and 2 in 2021. The first 2 shots worked VERY well; the 2 in 2021 didn't relieve any pain. I would definitely see Dr. Hendricks again, but I really hope I don't need to! After massage, chiropractor, physical therapy, and the 2 shots in 2021, Dr. Hendricks said I was now a surgical candidate. Enter Dr. Thomas Wascher. His historical surgical outcomes are outstanding (including mine)! Immediately after surgery the issues I had in my left arm went away. I had to be in a cervical for 79 days from cervical fusion at 2 levels. My results so far are awesome! I would definitely see Dr. Wascher again for cervical issues (again I really hope I won't need to)!??

Very positive interaction with Dr. Hendricks. His explanations were very clear and concise, but let me choose the option I preferred. Friendly, informative, caring. I would give him and his staff five stars.

The doctor himself is extremely nice but the nurse I talked to today about medication questions was extremely rude, cut me off a lot and acted like I was wasting her time. I dont care who ask what questions, its not ok to act like that. Professionalism matters. Keep in mind you nurses are the first impression and that facility is lucky I didnt speak to her my first day. No one going anywhere deserves to be treated like that, theres NO reason to talk to people like they're a waste of time and pretty much hang up on them. Lady, my foots numb, my back is messed up and im on the brink of surgery. A little respect is expected over nothing but questions. The doctor himself is extremely nice but the nurse I talked to today about medication questions was extremely rude, cut me off a lot and acted like I was wasting her time.
