Douglas Garland Freeman

Dr. Freeman was my mother's polymyalgia doctor, and is the one who found my fibromyalgia. He has also doctored me for sciatic nerve damage, deteriating bones, and arthritis. He is an awesome doctor, and will spend as much time with you as needed. He does not rush your appointment; therefore, as the day goes on, he gets behind in his schedule. But he is worth the wait!! I would recommend him to everyone.

There is a long wait to get into Dr. Freeman but when he gets to you, you could not ask for more. He is most thourogh, you have his complete attention, he answers all of your questions. He is always worth the wait.

Highly skilled at diagnosing complicated issues. Very thorough and willing to listen to all aspects of condition. Committed to working hard to understand and improve patients health. May have long wait times due to his willingness to spend as much time as needed with a patient.

I had a test done by Dr Freeman for fibromyalgia. He pressed his fingers so hard into my lower back it forced me forward. Was very painful. I always had to wait at least two hours. Made strange comments sometimes. I'm not sure how good his is at anything other than testing for fibromyalgia. Because, I would not go back for other arthritis issues because of the above.

I would not recommend Dr Freeman to others because he books many more appointments than he can handle. He spends a lot of time with patients, usually an hour, but books appointments more like every 20 minutes. By mid morning he is way behind! I have waited 4-6 hours to see the doctor--no more. In fact, I will never go back now. I will have to find another doctor.

Dr Freeman sees patients other Doctors have given up on like lupus people or others with painful conditions. That is why we wait. He taes time to help his patients instea of hurrying them out the door.

I would just like to say this office is beyond hopeless!! I waited an hour before going to anoter room. Then waited another 20mins to see a Doctor that should probably be retired. I do not find it helpful to tell me all about other pts and the problems found with them. After paying over 730 dollars cash. Of course more labs are needed. As for help with people who do not have insurance... Do not look at this office for help. I was very unhappy with the entire process. I thought we as pts are customers. Do you think any one apoligized for the wait time. NO... They should dock some of the bill for the wait. We would have to pay them if we didn't show. If you have insurance and a lot and I do mean a lot of time to wait. This is the place for you. Good luck. Please purchase a sack of patience before arriving.....

I made the mistake of seeing the doctor when I first began experiencing breathing problems related to allergies.I waited four hours the first appointment. I was told to come fist thing if I didn't want these kinds of delays. That did not work either - I was there six hours that visit.When he gave me the wrong test results and then lost other results, I found myself someone else and was much happier.

waited 4 hours to see this doctor. Lots of people do, but its not my thing to sit that long especially a bad back. Seems knowledgeable but could have done with less talk about Vit D and more diagnosis.
