Preachy, and over the top visit

I tried several other doctors before staying with Dr Forward. I have been very satisfied with his practice and his professionalism as a doctor. I am able to discuss any health issue with confidence that I am receiving the best advise. Dr Forward has been my only doctor for over 16 years and I am very pleased with his approach to address whatever condition I am experiencing. He is especially good at identifying potential health issues before they become serious. I have recommended Dr Forward to several other people in the past.

Most uncaring doctor I’ve ever seen.

Dr Forward is an excellent listener and thoughtful is proposing treatment and articulate in explaining it to me. I do not have any current serious medical issues, but if I did I would trust his opinion on the best course of action.

I choose Dr. Forward as my primary care physician about 3 years ago, I am very glad I did. I normally feel rushed when meeting with doctors and fell they are to busy to actually hear my concerns. Any time I have met with Dr. Forward he has given me all the time I needed and takes the time to understand what is important to me.

I have been going to Dr. Forward for a couple of years now, and I do not intend to ever see anyone else. He has an outstanding bedside manner, and his methods of explaining anything to do with my care is second to none. He has a way of putting you at ease, even in the most uncomfortable of situations. Most importantly, he really takes the time to listen and learn what you have going on, and then he is not quick to simply prescribe medications. He will take the time to really help you be healthy.

Without a doubt the best Dr. I have ever had.

I don't understand how someone could come up with such a negative view of Dr. Forward as one of the other comments on him? He has been my GP for well over 10 years (perhaps over 15 years?). I am over 70 years old and so have had many GP doctors during my time on this orb. Maybe the other reviewer was mad because Dr. Forward took the time to care for another patient who needed his assistance, so consequently was late for his appointment? Yes I have had, on occasion, to wait in the lobby to see Dr. Forward but in my experience waiting a long time to see him is not the norm. I have had to wait much longer for other doctors. I think people have to be mindful that they are not seeing an auto mechanic when they visit a doctor. Not all medical problems have simple answers, like replacing a starter in a car! Several things I think make Dr. Forward exceptional. On the top of my list is the fact that he listens. I have never felt that he was rushing through a consultation. On the contrary, I have always thought that he was intently listening to what I had to say. And to prove he does, he always has recommendations on corrective actions for my numerous complaints. Second (and this is a biggie in my book), he is never condescending. This is a refreshing change from many other doctors that I have experienced. He talks to you directly in simple, understandable terms. Third, I don't recall him misdiagnosing a single medical problem that have had. Sometimes I don't like what he has to say, but sometimes we all do not like to hear the truth. And if my problem was beyond his expertise, he recommended a specialist (and there have been several). And all but one of his recommendations have proved to be top-notch. And I would like to add that I am not a relative of Dr. Forward or a personal friend. That said, I personally don't think that you can find a better GP than Dr. Forward. And if I have to wait a few minutes extra to see a doctor who is excellent, I am not bothered by the wait. Dr. Forward is knowledgeable about anything health related that I need to know, thoughtful and respectful while being able to be truthful to a patient, helpful with medical, wellness an diet ideas with well prepared, clear instructions to me, probably due to his vast experience.

I like and trust this doctor. I have been going to him for many years. He takes the time to explain things to me and give the correct solution.

Dr. Forward performs his medical responsibilities in a knowledgeable, professional, and helpful manner. He is up to date on new developments in the medical field and takes the time to explain each medical situation one might have and instils confidence that he is making the correct diagnosis. He is an excellent physician.

Dr. Forward is knowledgeable, thorough, and professional while also demonstrating compassion, excellent communication, and practical judgement. I recently changed primary providers due to scheduling and travel, and I feel very encouraged and relieved to be in Dr. Forward’s care.

I have been seeing Dr. Forward as my primary physician for a couple of decades now. I am very satisfied with the relationship or I would have changed it some time ago. He listens to my comments and has provided medical advice over a range of issues as I have aged over those years. He has administered to many minor medical needs and has provided excellent and personal counsel for some major medical issues and surgeries during that time. I trust his judgement and his professional knowledge.

My father just passed away last month. Dr Forward had been his doctor for years. He also had been my mother's doctor before she passed away in an accident. My dad spoke very highly of dr. Forward. I am very thankful for the care that he gave my parents over the years.

Great doctor. Thorough and caring. Been seeing him now at the Denver West facility for about 3 years now and he's been great.

Dr. Forward was identified as the on call physician for a call placed to my medical practice. The original call was placed at 8:25 p.m. At 9:40 we called again, but the answering service had no answer why he hadn't called. They placed another page to him. At 10:15 we placed a 3rd call, still no word from the doctor. Finally, at 10:35 we received a call from the answering service informing us that Forward had decided he wasn't responsible for our call.
