Great doctor, hard to schedule appointments with staff, other than that the experience is great

Receptionist was condescending and couldn't figure out how to check insurance on the computer. Never got in to see the doctor, waited for 30 minutes and was told to sit in the waiting room while the staff ran around checking to see if I had insurance. I spoke with the insurance people on the phone and they had already switched my PCP before I even left the non existent appointment! I was able to stay with Ascention medical even though, l had recently changed insurance, l was able to see Dr. Forsyth thank you very much for that !!!

I have been coming here for years. The office staff is very friendly. The Doctors are compassionate about their patient's. I can't not say enough good things about them all.

It is nearly impossible to get a hold of this office via phone. Their automated system does not work on weekends at all. All it does is read you the hours for their memorial day holiday (it's been months since then). You also have no option to leave a message on weekends or weekdays. The prescription refill line is only available during business hours which vary day to day because I cant seem to ever catch anyone when I call. Their hours are impossible for booking an appointment unless you take a day off of work (and even then they may cancel you). There is no late day for scheduling routine physicals. More than once my prescription has been called in incorrectly (wrong patient, wrong amount). I was billed incorrectly (they were sending bills to an apartment complex that I did not live in -even though my address was up to date in the office records), instead of calling me to get the correct address, the bills were continued to be sent until I was sent to collections. All they had to do was call and I would've given the correct address. Otherwise, great doctors, clean building, nice waiting area, simple check in checkout process. Staff is unbelievably rude, Physicians Assistant is a liar, and I would not trust any of them with the care of my family.

Dr Forsyth has EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY staff. He is very caring of his patients. He explains things well.
