2nd implant I had done with Dr. Fain. Always courteous and very good with explanation of procedure. Also very concerned with your well being. Would recommend to anyone looking for an oral surgeon

I got wisdom teeth extraction and Dr. Fain was amazing. I have very low pain tolerance, but the staff helped me relaxing with no pain experience. Highly recommend this place.

The staff was very professional and kind. Everything was explained and even though the extraction took some time Dr Fain was able to complete it without a problem. The estimate was accurate as to cost. What made a real impression on me was how Dr Fain followed up on me by calling me in the evening to check on how I was doing. I would most definitely recommend his practice to anyone needing to have one or mor teeth extracted.

Dr. Fain is absolutely wonderful!!!! He's always professional and kind at the same time. I never spent a lot of time waiting for my procedure or for him to come to tell me what was going to happen. I've had to see Dr. Fain a few times and highly recommended him to everyone. Heather also calls his patients either later in the day or the next morning to check on them. Absolutely wonderful oral surgeon!!!!!!!

Very pleased with my implant and though I hope I never, EVER have to get another, if I do there's no question where I'll go. Wish I'd have gone to him from the start and not horrible first oral surgeon in OP who shall remain nameless!

I received a referral from my dentist for a tooth extraction here. It was somewhat time sensitive as I was in a lot of pain and at a risk for infection if I waited much longer. I called two days in a row in the morning and left a message to make an appointment. After not hearing back, I filled out the form online to request an appointment yesterday early afternoon. I just got a reply today saying to call to schedule an appointment. I would’ve loved to do that if somebody would answer or at least call back. I ended up getting in somewhere that’s out of network with my insurance, but at least they answer their phone and got me in quickly. You will want to be under heavy sedation, anesthesia even for a minor procedure. Otherwise you better have a high pain tolerance. Needles hurt, especially into your gums. Otherwise professional and does good work.

Great experience. Dr. Fain is professional and good at his craft. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had my wisdom teeth out and one of the nerves was tricky to hit, but he successfully got me numb and we got the procedure done with only local so I could drive myself home. Definitely recommend Dr. Fain and his practice!

I had a all four of my wisdom teeth extracted and I was nervous. Diane took all my vitals and assured me that I would be completely fine (I have high dental anxiety), and was extremely kind and lightened the mood as I was kind of freaking out. She ran through all of the aftercare with my boyfriend and I and was just super awesome to have there! Dr. Fain was also extremely kind, told me everything he doing as he was doing it, and called me that night to ask how I was doing and to remind me of some of the aftercare. I got my wisdom teeth removed here with Dr. Fain. The process was super easy and quick. Small office but very clean and nice. I have terrible anxiety with anything medical, especially surgery, but everyone was super nice and explained everything happening. No complications after the surgery and healed nicely! Dr. Fain was an incredibly nice man. He was very quick and efficient and had a great bed side manner. I missed his call but he actually called me later that night and left a voice mail to see if I was doing okay. You don't get that very often these days. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

I had an appointment at 3 in the afternoon. Called 15 minutes ahead of appointment to let them know I was there like their email instructions said. They told me to wait in the car until they called me back and were ready for me to come in. I wait the 15 minutes until my appointment time and then another 50 minutes before leaving. Anyone needing oral surgery would be wise to see Dr. Fain!

What a wonderful caring staff. We even got a call later from the Dr checking on us!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Fain! I appreciate that he is a stand up Texas man. He and his staff are very kind and professional. Dr Fain did an excellent job when I was in a tough situation. Very personable and compassionate and he was able to relieve the extreme pain I was in. My tooth has responded well and I am getting back to normal. Dr. Fain called me personally to check my status. Im not one that particularly looks forward to going to the dentist or having any work done in my mouth. I had my wisdom teeth pulled and from start to finish Dr. Fain and his team made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Its amazing how I’ve had no pain and very little discomfort sense the procedure.. just a few days ago. He answered any questions I had before the procedure, hummed songs as he worked(which I thought was so cool) and called me that night to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend Dr. Fain! He did an amazing job. I can only give 5 stars but I would give more if i could! 10/10. I hope he reads this review as well because I really appreciate the work he did and thank you again for everything! It feels great not to have the wisdom teeth anymore. Great experience. Staff and Dr were very kind and knowledgeable. Recognized I was nervous and kept me informed as to each part of the procedure. Doctor called that evening to see if I was doing ok.

The procedure was quick and easy! I barely felt out of it after coming back from being asleep. They made me feel comfortable and at ease because I was extremely nervous. Dr. Fain himself called to check up on me which I found very surprising but very comforting! Would give them 10 stars if I could!

A very caring team at this place. They made me feel special and well taken care of. I would recommend Dr Fain to anyone in need of specialized dentistry.

Dr. Fain and his entire staff were great! I have high dental anxiety. They walked me though the entire procedure and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was sent home with everything I need for surgical aftercare. I needed to call after hours and Dr. Fain was quick to respond and got me back in the office at 8 am the next day.

Unfortunately I was unable to use this Doctor because of incompetent office staff. I have very good Ins. But they can’t seem to get it straight after many phone calls. After they argued with me just about how to get the information I decided I would have to go somewhere else. Just be careful. He's the best! And cares about his patients. He's very professional and kind.

I like that the office was paperless and everything was done ahead of time. The nurse was personable and well-informed. My daughter enjoyed talking to her. Dr Fain was knowledgeable, very kind, and even called us at home that night to follow up and make sure there were no issues. She didn't even feel the IV going in and their conversation kept her distracted enough that she wasn't nervous any more. I am impressed with our experience at this office! Today, I went for surgery on my two wisdom teeth. I would like to say thank to Dr. Fain, Mrs. Diane and the office staff. I am satisfied with the choice of this place and I will recommend it to my friends. Dr. Fain is very professional and kind. The office staff was also patient and polite.

Staff are polite and go over and above. Dr. Fain is very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly painless. I am a healthcare worker, but also needle wimp--did not even feel him putting in my IV at either visit. I went to sleep for a tooth extraction, didn't feel a thing, and no side effects. I highly recommend Dr. Fain.

Had wisdom teeth extracted, everything went smooth and well. Dr. Fain even called to check on me himself, very surprised by that. Only reason for not 5 star is neither my mom or myself were told anything on after over, didn't know I had stitches until I felt them. Didn't tell us if they dissolve or not, didn't talk about a check up. The surgery itself went great and have been recovering well with no extra soreness or pain. I have always been a little nervous heading into the dentist for any treatment . I had a tooth removed by Dr. Fain and was very relaxed during the whole procedure. Did okay work, did not want to listen what I was telling him when he asked about pain levels and numbing. Calling back today three days later to ask for treatment of dry socket with intense radiating pain as I told them. They told me to not worry and to wait till Monday. Extremely displeased and still in pain :)

Then months later we start getting bills for approximately $300. I sent them a letter laying out that we paid in full already. I received no response other than a form letter threatening to turn me over to collections. No acknowledgment of my correspondence, no explanation. Just FU, give me more money. Stay away. He’s very gentle, kind, caring, and very up front with procedure details. I always felt safe and in great hands. As far as other reviews disputing charges. I was told up front the charges to expect in detail including the breakdown of the charges. Nothing was ever hidden from me.
