Dr. Douville was our family physician for many years. He was always kind and professional to every member of my family and he would ask about other members of the family each time we visited him. He was very personable and caring. Days after our appointment , he would always call and ask how we were doing to follow up. The only reason I didn't continue with Dr. Douville is that we received notice by mail that he would be retiring. I was very sad to hear that as I didn't want a new dr, but hadto
