Nothing like getting denied a refill on long term asthma medication because the Dr. wants you to do an office visit to confirm you still have asthma. Left me with breathing problems for a week and half while waiting for the appointment. Only to have it canceled 24 hours beforehand because the Dr. was too "busy". Dr. then called in a one month prescription for me. Awesome that they could have done that right off the bat but made me wait a week and a half for no reason. careful, your health insurance comes before you do with this clown

Horrible experience with this Dr's office. As a long term asthma patient, you'd expect your Dr. to not cutoff your daily asthma medication until you make an appointment. Left me with breathing problems for a week and a half just to have the Dr. cancel my appointment barely 24 hours beforehand. After pushing back, Dr. Dengerink ended up writing me a 1 month prescription for that asthma medication without seeing me. I would not trust this Dr or the office with mine or my children's health.

Horrible experience with this Dr. Taking asthma management medication for 10+ years yet this Dr. denied my refill until I saw him for an appointment. I've had asthma my whole life. Refused to give me a temporary Rx for this saying it was unethical since he had not seen me for a visit in two years. I then have breathing problems while I wait a week and a half for the appointment. He then cancels the appointment barely 24 hours beforehand because he is too "busy" (nice golf weather). I then go back and forth with his assistants and they end up writing me the 1 month Rx without seeing me which he said previously was unethical.

Dr D is one of the highest quality physicians I've ever had. He spends time with his patients, gets to know them, and takes common sense approaches towards treatment. His first instinct is to try an treat the cause of an issue, and not just focus on the symptoms.
